Really just so happy with just about Everything. The hotel is Beautiful with a great location! I loved pretty much everything from the beautiful decor to the mountain views we had from our room, we stayed in the queen suite, & that was EXCEPTIONAL! The room had everything we needed. Loved the tall bottles of shampoo & soap and conditioner also the lotion they have attached in the bath and shower area. The Mini Fridge gets REAL cold, so check the setting first lol! Pool and the Hot tub area has a very nice view of the outdoor fireplace seating area with grills and tables really enjoyable!

They need a better coffee pot maker, so this is the only thing I had an issue with, so we just went downstairs to the breakfast area, there is plenty of hot coffee and also has coffee there in the lobby during the day so that made up for it.

Hampton Inn has given us an expectation of quality and amenities, this location did ok. Our room was great, very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were on the 4th floor and we're very pleased with the speed of the elevators. We appreciated most of the staff speaking and understanding English. The parking lot was well lit and the side entrance was very helpful in the rain.

We've stayed at 6 Hamptons in the last 18 months and 4/6 didn't have cookies in the lobby. If it's a company thing, then make it a company thing! The lobby had fresh hot coffee available, but not cold/ice water. The eggs at breakfast,though plentiful, didn't taste good. This may be a personal preference, but other locations have been good. When charging $300+/night details matter.

Location is wonderful. This place is under construction and you walk in to the lobby totally gutted. No pool or hot tub as they are being updated. Dusty, dirty first impression. The room was clean and nice.they tried to make it work but it really wasn't ok. Free breakfast was in a room with all of the tables so close you could hardly move. The carpets were full of sheet rock dust being tracked in. Normally love this place!

I was very pleased with how clean everything was. Breakfast was really good fresh and the staff was on top of everything. Refilling condiments food and coffee and cleaning up.

Water for showers were a little cold but they had a hot water heater problem and it was fixed before we left. The bathroom needs to be a bit bigger or have the toilet separate from the shower.

Upon arrival greeted by friendly staff and a warm welcoming environment. Once in the room found it to be a great size (King with sofa bed). Very comfortable, roomy and clean. Free breakfast was great and had a large selection of different foods. Staff again very friendly and willing to get you anything you needed. Loved that they had coffee available the entire day as well. This will be our new place to stay when we go to Lake George. I will also look for Hampton Inn and Suites whenever we travel.

The only complaint I would have is that the hot tub was actually too hot, I know, it supposed to be. But this was on a different level of hot.

An excellent hotel with good service, a short drive from downtown Lake George and the public beach. Facilities were beautiful and the staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet very good, with many choices. For dinner we found an excellent restaurant a short drive away, TR's Restaurant.

We traveled with our dog and when booking may have overlooked the fact that this hotel charges a substantial fee of $75 per animal. Yet, the total price including room was still good value.

Great overall experience. Room was clean and had all the expected amenities. Air conditioning and temperature control was excellent.

Bathroom light switch was faulty and wouldn’t stay on. We were able to finagle it to remain on. The front desk was advised about it upon checkout.

I had an issue with checking out and the price I was quoted thru a 3rd party and what I was charged were 2 different prices. That has never ever happened to me. Although the girl was nice it was not our deal take it up with 3rd party. Is how I felt was implied. I booked thru a 3rd party because the company doesn't price match. It's 70 dollars I would have taken that in future points anything. So last day of trip left alittle sour note. I will stay at a hampton or a Hilton it just could have been handled better on all sides.

Everything, very clean comfortable staff were welcoming.. overall a great place.. even with renovations going on during our stay it wasn’t messy at all everything was kept very clean.. my family really enjoyed it.

The woman in the breakfast area constantly swearing in front of my kids because there was a mess on the floor !

The staff are amazing and accommodating! I liked the fact that the quality of coffee was great and is available throughout out the day. Including tea.

It was 3 of us. They should have a sofa in each room. My son had to sleep on the floor because they didn’t have the room with sofa available.
