The hotel is ideally located atop a beautiful hill giving it privacy and quiet right where 9N and the main road come together so it is convenient to food, the beach and stores for incidentals. It is also right off the Northway. I enjoyed the helpful staff who give directions, answer questions, and take messages for you if you need that.

My only disappointment was that it has no washer dryer for guest use.

Breakfast was ok, Elsie the older lady in the breakfast area was amazing. She made sure everyone had what they needed and believe me that place was packed the whole time. The food was ok...

The hallway could have been cleaner, the bathroom shower, you could see the rust at the bottom, I think that can be an easy fix. (Nothing to be concern) The beds were ok. Overall, a good stay. I really think they should have a firepit with some chairs in the back or around the pool, also some kind of kid friendly things so they can attract more families.

Staff was very accommodating & pleasant. Our television wouldn’t connect in the first room so they were kind enough to offer us a different room. Breakfast was also good, and worker was very good about cleaning tables after families/couples left.

We wanted a place that was pet friendly. They offered free breakfast thats always a plus when traveling. Room was spacious and cozy.

The only downside was the pool wasn’t opened till 10am and it closed at 10pm we were either out before it was open or got back and it was closed.

it has both indoor and outdoor pools. the breakfast was excellent. the location was great. the room was spacious and tidy. the staff was very friendly and helpful!

while it is not a problem if you have a vehicle, if you don’t, it is a far walk to the boardwalk from the hotel. Maybe a shuttle (two/three times a day) from the the hotel to the attractions on Canada street could help out some tourists.

Had no time for breakfast, but other times were good.

I would have liked to check in a bit earlier. I have a heart condition, but the clerk told me there was a $50 early check in fee. I wasn’t going to pay for that.

Close to highway and Lake George downtown. Breakfast included. Clean sheets and towels. Friendly staff. Pool on property; indoor and outdoor.

I do wish it had a fitness center, even a small one.

The room was comfortable. The included breakfast was more than adequate (scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, very good coffee, and a wide selection of pastries, cereals, and yogurts. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and generally wonderful.

The walls in our room were a little thin. I could hear our neighbor's cell phone conversation, word for word. He may have been especially loud, or it could have been where he was standing. He quieted down early and it led to no issues, but it may have become an issue if he was more of a night owl.

When I first walked in the gentleman was very polite.

I wish there was a microwave in the room. It was annoying to have to leave the room to warm up our take out.

Breakfast breakfast was over the top so many choices and excellent staff! All the food was fresh and a very comfortable place to eat it
