The property was a perfect little getaway an the price was great for our few nite stay ! The owner Ali was wonderful ! He was very nice an accommodating with anything we needed . We asked for a few extra pillows the first nite we were there an he had them at our room in no time ! The queen room was perfect for what we needed ,an still had enough space to not feel tight in the room, small table an chairs to eat something at an a coffee maker in the room which was nice ! Bathroom was clean an also a decent size compared to other places I’ve stayed . There was also a common area with an ice machine , microwave an vending machines to use 24hrs while there which was nice an convenient! Location was just outside main strip, but the trolley came rite to the property every half hour if you didn’t want to drive into town which was also a plus! Nice clean pool , not heated but refreshing! I would definitely stay here again an can’t wait to come back !

Check in, very friendly staff, loved that we could use the trolley to go back an forth to the village , only cost a dollar , ran every half hour and until 10 pm , made it very convenient and saved us a ton of money on parking

The room was nice but very small for a room with 2 double beds , not much room to move around , the table and chairs were wedged against the wall and the bed so it was useless , the floors made your feet black , dont think they mopped them , rest was clean , for the money to stay you would expect toiletries like shampoo and conditioner, only soap was provided , but we did bring our own , but it's nice to know it was there if needed .

The room was very clean. The staff, Ali, was great. He answered all of our needs quickly and friendly. The bed was comfortable for the night. It's close enough to the village to get there easily, but a bit out of walking distance. We chose to go to Bolton Landing to use a beach. Very nice stay.

There was nothing we did not like about the motel. We slept with a queen bed and there were only two small pillows on the bed, but Ali quickly brought us two more. There was not a hair dryer in the room, but Ali, quickly brought us one when we requested it. All need were ultimately met in a very cordial way.

2 bedrooms, with 3 double beds when travelling with 2 friends, we each had our own bed which was great, fridge in the room was a plus, we were very happy that the parking lot allowed us to park our motorcycle in front of our room

Everything was fine, water heater went down but they had an electrician on site within the hour, the hotel offered us a room in another block to go shower

The staff is amazing ,they make sure we are happy and have everything we need..the room is nice good size ..of course we are traveling and go to see the event we are there for but it's so nice to come back to a motel that feels like home ..makes our trip even better..

In my stay I can't say anything but that are trip ended and we had to leave to go home...I could had stayed longer

I like that the price was affordable as a last minute holiday getaway. The motel was close to the town, the staff was very friendly and respectful, and our room was clean, quiet, and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the creek in the back of the hotel was beautiful. Overall was a good experience.

I think the only thing I would like improvement is with the sheets and cover. Ours were a little bit old and over used. But the pillows were good. Maybe just get some new covers.

the experience with Fran Cove Motel was a pleasant one, the host Ali is great, the pool is clean, the room I stayed in was spacious, clean and with a pleasant smell, I had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend :)

The service was really good. The manager was so kind and always happy and helped with anything we asked for. He was always full of energy and very hard working. The rooms were very clean, the AC was very cold and the room was very modern and good looking for the price.

The room could have been more kidder , but for the price it was better then expected. The bathroom could have been given better soaps but the soaps provided was unlimited and amazing.

best deal at lake george, been coming here for years, awesome pool, cool and clean. Owner is a nice man, hardworking and honest

beds could use an upgrade, but not terrible wi/fi was being repaired when we arrived, not the strongest signal towels are small, bring your own

The host Ali, was so kind and helpful. Great value for a wonderful location. The Trolly from the motel to the village runs every half hour. Rooms are a bit dated but for the price and that they were clean not a big deal.
