I was treated with respect and all my needs were met. We were in one room and the tv didn't work so they moved us to a new room. Everyone on was very friendly. I would go back.

The one thing I didn't like was the parking. If you went out you might not get the spot in front of your room. I am handicapped and I like my parking space in front of my room as the parking lot was uneven.

The staff was friendly and accommodating...the housekeeper was very polite and made sure we had what we needed. The rooms were clean.. the bathroom was spotless. They constantly cleaned the pool. Location is walkable to downtown and right next door to a nice bar and restaurant

I have no complaints. The rooms are not updated but more importantly they are clean. The only thing I didn't like was the blanket it was more like a shower curtain than a blanket

That we stayed on top floor with balcony .

The pool was a little dirty, no chlorine smell that it had been a bit since it was last cleaned. Bugs and debris floating in water, also it was a little on the colder side, however very very warm out so was refreshing once you got use to it.

There were so many places to choose from when we got to our destination that we didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel.

We loved it… there was nothing to dislike… I love the location it was close to everything within walking distance including the lake. The rooms were very clean they were not huge but it was perfect and served our purpose. There really wasn’t anything that I didn’t like , it was perfect. Although parking was a little tight and on a slope considering the area …being there were rolling hills it was acceptable we really like the place a lot. The manager was really a nice man…and he helped us out checking in smoothly…the rates were better then the rest & they did not price gouge us just because there was a special event going on…as the other motels were…

I was unable to walk to the 2nd floor so they accommodated me by putting me on the first floor. The chair and ottoman in the room was very comfy! It was also very clean and the waterfall in the back was beautiful! I traveled alone and felt very safe

The owner/manager was very nice and helpful. The place was clean and well cared for. It's in a beautiful spot, in the village, with a brook on the grounds, and with a view of Lake George and the mountains. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a good value!

The location was great, easy walking distance to the town. Room was clean and spacious.

The outlet in the bathroom did not work. The bed was very hard, and the pillows were awful.

I love this property. It is in a great location down the road from Lake George village with a view of Lake George across the street. It has a beautiful creek behind the motel, a nice sized and clean pool and a small area with tables that has a nice view of the lake.

Sometimes the parking is full and I had to park a bit far from my hotel room

Affordable and excellent location to explore Lake George. Helpful staff, and we enjoyed the view of the lake & fireworks from the balcony. Room & bed were were clean & comfortable.

The room was a bit small.

Good location, clean rooms. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately.

No heated pool and the parking lot had a good slope to it. Both are minor complaints.
