Location is super convenient, accessible to everything. The road is busy but the facility is set back from the road so the noise is minimal. Room set up is super efficient, plenty of space to put things and stay organized. Red Roof Inn is sincerely pet friendly. I travel with 3 beagles and there are no rules or extra charges. I had a great area out back to walk them. The room was immaculate and the bed comfortable. The customer service from the staff was awesome, everyone is incredibly polite and professional.

location was easy to return to after the funeral. The front desk man was wonderful ! He gave his condolences to us for our family death. He was able to suggest a Walmart very nearby,when I said I didn't have proper shoes for the snow.

We wished that a cot was available to use for our Grandson. A cable TV station guide would have been great . Our Grandson wanted to watch TV,but it wasn't possible to find any he wanted.

Room was very clean and of adequate size. Though of sparse decor, it appeared to be updated recently with vinyl wood-like plank flooring. Surprisingly, the in-wall HVAC unit was one of the most operationally quiet of any hotel I've ever experienced! Exterior appeared updated recently with rustic-wood look in keeping with the area; parking lot appeared to be recently paved.

No Elevator, no breakfast area; basic lobby, as is typical of old two-story road motels.

Good location. Few minutes drive to Cool Insuring Arena where we were attending an event. Only a short drive to outlets and lake George

One entrance in front of building to 2nd floor rooms, and parking is in rear of building. Parking outside room if you’re on the first floor. We were on 2nd floor so had to walk around building. Would ask for room on 1st floor next time.

The property is dog friendly with adequate green space. A spacious room that was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The location was great. The staff was more than helpful even filling our cooler with ice when we were checking out.

The value for the stay could have been better. Although the tourist high season had not yet begun, the price for the room seemed unusually high even though a pet fee was not charged, particularly with breakfast not included.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Front desk was super helpful and friendly. Wifi was good. AC worked fine. I had asked for the 4 rooms to be together, and we got 2 sets of adjoining rooms just down the hall from each other.

Would have liked breakfast at the hotel, but I knew ahead of time it was not available. I see the facility is not set up for that.It's ok, Dennys is 1.5. Miles away.

The room was small, but cozy. I have paid more for a room and gotten much less. Traveled during a major snowstorm. When we woke up, the grounds maintenance crew had plowed the parking lot, but also shoveled around the vehicles in the lot so all that was left to do was brush off and drive out.

Placement of the bathroom door was weirdly close to one of the beds, which made it a bit difficult to maneuver around.

2 thin pillows per bed. Not enough. Put extra pillows in the room. Thanks.

WiFi very spotty. Very slow and cut out periodically. Spectrum sucks Poor girl at the desk had a hard time finding my reservation because it went through booking . com. (not her fault] Also she was half asleep because she was on her 10th hour of working. She deserves a raise . She was knowledgeable and helpful

It was easily accessible and close to my test location. It was quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly. There was an excellent restaurant next door. Everything was clean. Loved the king bed and four pillows!

It didn't affect my stay, but the dark out curtain was broken on the very end and someone might not like that.
