We enjoyed our stay, it was a quiet and peaceful place and the grounds were lovely. The staff was very attentive and the room was clean. The location was in excellent proximity to area attractions.

The AC didn't work well and was loud. Fortunately it was very cool when we stayed so it wasn't really an issue. cable TV didn't work well (some channels were fuzzy like the old antenna tvs, other channels froze) but we managed. The worst was the constant texts every day about office hours, pool hours, etc. We were checked out and home and still receiving texts at about 6 and then about 8pm that evening.

Convenient to interstate, town center and attractions. The room was clean and recently updated and the bathroom was large, recently retiled and it easy for the two of us to use at the same time. The outdoor pool was nice, clean and excellent for beating the heat while we were there. This is an older property but has been well taken care of and was in good shape.

There were areas where steps were much higher than normal. Outside our door and from one level to another on the sidewalk leading to the office. The metal rails on the steps leading to the office were not solidly anchored and wobbled when you grabbed them.

We really enjoyed that this motel was pet friendly. We were able to bring our dog with us for an additional fee. The resort had an indoor and outdoor pool, a little gym area and a few arcade games. Towards the back of the resort they had cornhole boards, a fireplace seating area, a basketball court and even a volleyball net set up. If you have kids, there's plenty for them to do. They even had a convenient station with doggy bags and garbage so you could pick up after your pet. The room was spacious for a great price.

We had a room with a king bed and queen bed. The springs in the mattress of the queen bed were shot. Every time you moved, the bed made noise. Not to mention it was very uncomfortable. We didn't sleep in the king because it was on the second floor and we felt more comfortable sleeping on the first. Some of the staff at the front desk acted like they didn't know what they were doing but, the ones who did were great. The room was also a little noisy being next to a main highway. You get what you pay for and these minor things wouldn't turn me away for the great price.

I loved how each property dwelling is separate. It makes you feel like you have your own mini cabin. It was very clean and simple. We only stayed one night but the management team was so great by keeping the pool open longer for my teenage girls because they were having so much fun unwinding in the pool/jacuzzi. The management team even came over to welcome us upon our departure. It was a very personal experience.

I would just say the jacuzzi probably needs an upgrade. The jets should hit upper and lower back. It could be a little warmer too in the indoor pool area. Usually you walk into one and it feels like a sauna so that you want to jump in the pool. Getting out of the pool /jacuzzi made you feel cold.

We enjoy the location quite a bit. Close enoughh to everything while being private .We like that you can sit outside your room and smoke and relax. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool and very caring staff .The staff are also very fast in solving any issue you may have. Really attentive,it was nice. We will definitely be back to stay!

I didn't like there were no cups in the room to use for water and the toilet was very low to ground.Also the tub wouldn't hold any water,but the shower pressure was amazing :)

We loved how comfortable the beds were and how personable the staff was. They were very helpful and friendly. They offered breakfast, just a very basic one, but most places don't do even that anymore.

The place smelled a little musty and was in need of some repair. Overall, it wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Not to mention the mystery stains all over the carpet both upstairs and downstairs. Also, obviously not the hotels fault, but our neighbors were EXTREMELY loud. Both nights we stayed there, we were woken up after 11pm by the loud banging of the visitors next door. We were surprised because there was a "contract" that was signed upon check-in that said after 10 pm, that was to be quiet hours. Clearly, that isn't enforced.

The property was conveniently located and impressively clean.

The evening we arrived it was chilly the heat/air conditioning unit did not warm the room. My husband and I spoke to Holly at the front desk she said she would see if she could get it the unit to function. We left to have dinner and meet with family. We were in town for a difficult wake and funeral. We returned to find the heat/air unit still not functioning properly and chose to shut it off. The shower took some effort to adjust, super cold to super hot. Over all I was disappointed even knowing the motel is older. We also had workers at the rear of the room working on the gutters at 8am. We were up but it was annoying for nearly an hour.

The staff is excellent. They are helpful, friendly, and efficient. We stayed in the deluxe suite with our family and found it spacious, well laid out, and very clean. Having both an indoor and outdoor pool was especially nice as we brought a young child, and the play area in back was nice, particularly the corn hole game. We also enjoyed having the continental breakfast--it's convenient not having to go out each morning to eat, and coffee was available throughout the day.

Renovations on things that were somewhat dated--carpets, furniture, etc.-- would be great.

Convenient location between Lake George and Queensbury with immediate access to restaurants and Outlets. 5 minutes in any direction puts you in a new area with their attractions. Room was adequate for price, however, upgrade rooms are available. Beds were comfortable. Air Cond worked well. Water was slow getting up to temp but worked fine. Found other guests had been coming for years and liked the facilities. Will likely use again

Water temp was slow to come up for washing. Breakfast was continental which was adequate. Restaurants are close.

Although the rain hindered our activities the indoor pool and pool table were well used. in between rain drops the kids were also playing pickle ball and using the playground. The arcade was small but still the kids enjoyed it. the overhand made it possible for us to sit outside and watch the rain.

rooms were small for the amount of people we had. said it sleeps 5 but it was pretty tight with that amount of people.
