This is our 2nd stay here. The room was very clean, all the ammenities you want, plenty of towels, extra pillows, blankets, nice quiet air conditioner. Bed was very comfortable. Property is well maintained, nice fire pit and pool. Breakfast was pretty good too! Will stay again!

Pool was too crowded to even use. We were on 3rd floor above it so we could get a good view of it. Not to mention there was a full boat party going on in it until well after 10 pm.. Guests down the hall were up until after 1 am, talking loud outside our door, kids running up and down hallway screaming and laughing, the room they were staying in and neighboring room kept slamming doors all night long, super annoying. Didnt get much sleep. My fault for not bringing my earplugs, and not the hotels fault for rude and inconsiderate people.

The hotel was beautiful and the firepit outside was the best! So nice to meet other guests and relax by the fire. Coffee station 24/7 was the best 👌 👍 Scrambled eggs at breakfast were really good 👍 😋

Room 105 smelled like a wet dog. My experience with hotels tells me that it is the filter on the AC unit that needs to be cleaned. The red cushioned chair in the room is dirty, with stains on it, and the shower has black mold starting to grow on the bottom of the shower wall, where the tub meets the backslash. Plastic silverware for breakfast is always cheap, in my opinion, and the fork broke off in my Canadian bacon as I was cutting.

We’re recurring customers at the Comfort Inn in Lake George, and it’s always a consistently great experience. The rooms are clean, the staff is welcoming, and the hot breakfast offers a nice variety every morning. The location is also perfect — close to everything but still peaceful. The only hiccup this time was with the late checkout. I had called the front desk the night before and was told I could check out at noon. The next morning, I stopped by just to confirm, and was surprised when I was told it wasn’t noted in the system and the best they could offer was an extra 30 minutes. It caught me off guard — especially if I hadn’t double-checked in person. That said, everything else was great as usual, and we’ll definitely be back again!

Facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and happy to go above and beyond to help out. I had a problem with a personal device and the team went out of their way to solve my problem.. We also appreciate the convenient location. It is close to Lake George, Glens Falls and Saratoga with great recreational opportunities close by.

The only discomfort was not the fault of the hotel or staff. Someone broke policy and smoked in their room. the second hand smoke came through the ventilation system into our room. The staff did offer to move us, but it was our last night and not worth the hassle of changing rooms at that point. Again, I emphasize this was not the fault of the hotel. It was an unthoughtful guest....

Ample parking, clean room and bath, disability friendly, good breakfast, I had a very professional, welcoming and friendly staff check me in. In incidently same lady when i checked out.

I couldnt apply my stay towards rewards bc it was booked thru 3rd party. Indoor pool looked filthy. People were swimming in t shirts, not swim shirts. Saw residue floating in wated in the early morning Smoking needs to be across the lot away from entrance and exit. HORRIBLE smells and embedded smells in entranceway. Rugs in halls have odors in them

The room was large and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent and the breakfast area had a nice ambiance. It had a good wifi. Enjoyed the free coffee that was always available at the reception area. Liked that the room had a sleeper sofa aside from the beds so five of us could sleep in relative comfort.

My biggest negative issue was the sound proofing in the room. Could hear the walking in the room above us which could become bothersome at times. The water pipes were loud enough we knew when people took shower next door. While the beds were good enough they weren't as good as the best ones we've slept on some other hotels.

The breakfast was so nice every day! Debbie was wonderful and even took the time to answer our questions and made us feel like family. She prepared excellent food and kept everything well stocked and clean. The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is there was an odd smell in our room. But the room was clean and the pool and hot tub were fantastic! The outside is so nice with picnic areas, grills, and a fire pit with comfy chairs surrounding it. I genuinely loved our stay and will happily stay again in the future! In fact the second part of our trip was to a high-end expensive hotel in Lake Placid, and the entire time we were there we wished we could go back to Country Inn and Suites in Lake George. Thank you for an excellent experience!

Our room had an odd smell, not sure why or if it was because we were near the pool area, but it was a minor detraction from all the positives of our stay!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Country Inn and Suites Lake George! It truly exceeded our expectations. If you are going to Six Flags, the location can't be beat with the park literally right next door. The entire hotel was impeccably clean, and our room was much larger than anticipated. We were delighted with the outdoor pool, which had warm water and extra towels available. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options (the delightful aromas will greet you in the lobby every morning). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. They were great resources on local attractions and recommended the perfect spot where to catch the famous summer Thursday night Lake George fireworks! This hotel is very kid friendly; perfect for families. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It's a fantastic choice for this price range for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and relaxing stay with two swimming pools to choose from!

Nothing really negative at all- it was a great stay- if we had to mull it over to find a negative the weight machine in the fitness center was out of order on our visit and the window shades (up/down) were a slight challenge to open

Continental breakfast was amazing. This hotel had not one, not two but three waffles machines, there was no waffle line at all. They also had two toasters for the convenience. Plenty of options for breakfast that catered everyone's need. Indoor and outdoor pools were clean and big enough to accommodate 15 or more people at a time. Indoor hot tub was a bonus, you could set the intensity of pressure to your liking. Rooms were spacious and clean. Both our rooms had total black out curtains which we loved because after a whole day of activities and hiking you need that rest to get ready for next day. Located right next to Great Escape Six Flags but believe me you do not hear any noise from outside at all. The walls are well insulated. Conveniently close to the outlets, restaurants, and of course Lake George. Overall best location, best service, and best time.

The Room was spacious and clean. Wonderful coffee in the Lobby. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of choice. If you have a family Six Flags was just across the road. The pools looked wonderful and many were using them, although I did not go in myself.

We had no body wash in the room, I asked the housekeeper to supply some, it was never delivered. The room was also in need of painting. The ceilings looked mouldy in places. I didn't like that the cord was out of the socket under the desk. My husband and I have issues and it made it difficult to plug it in as we can't get down under the desk.
