I want to give Kudos to the two female staff on Duty Friday April 26th. Friendly, engaging and understanding. After a stressful day walking in felt like a fresh breath of air. The facilities are clean, rooms are huge and breakfast is amazing. If you like waffles or oatmeal, thier topping selections are abundant. I will be booking here again.

The property and room were clean and the breakfast every morning was really good , they offered waffles, bagels, toast, muffins, oatmeal, fruits , eggs, home fries, sausages. Coffee and tea was available all day and night. Their little store was very small with some essential items.

Wish they had an outdoor pool.

The location is awesome, being right next to the mall, and tons of food/shopping options all around the area. The breakfast was wonderful, with a huge variety of foods to choose from. My favorite was the Ham and Cheese Western Frittata. The beds and pillows are incredibly soft and comfortable and the room is huge! Water runs super hot for the shower too, which is a huge thing for me! My children really loved the pool and the breakfast as well.

The only thing I think that could've been better was maybe some new weather stripping under the room door? There was a really cold draft coming through that was howling all night. Truly was fine though, we just turned the heat up! That's my only complaint, and not even truly a complaint!

Clean kid friendly. A the house keeper on last night was the best at help us with a puking kid an insisted on not letting us clean up he was going to do it!! He was the best an would not take a tip from us

The room was really clean and much nicer than we expected. Loved the kitchenette, loved how spacious and clean things were. Really liked that there were enough charging plugs. Liked that complimentary water was offered when we arrived.

Breakfast was meh, but we weren't expecting gourmet.

Everything for cooking but a stove room 229 was men's public hair on bathroom floor between toilet and shower and for that price I was kind of let down as I didn't stay at a crack shack hotel! Clearly addressed this with check in and she took care of it and reported it right away

Very clean and it didn’t feel like we were staying in a hotel but more like our home away from home. Staff was great and polite. And being able to bring our puppy with us was very nice he got to go on a little vacation as well

The location was perfect, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly/professional/personable/helpful.

With how much we paid, I would have thought the breakfast options would have been better. They were the same everyday so we ended up wanting to eat elsewhere for breakfast by the end of our trip. Also the pool towels need upgrading. They are the size of hair towels. Also, the cost was way more expensive then most hotels in the area for nothing really that extra or special compared to the others.

The room structure felt like we were all together spending time as a family even if someone was at the end of the room.

The gym wasn’t 24 hours and there was a funky smell in the pool.

Everything was above level. Breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the location was perfect for getting around the area.
