Rating: 10/10 We had a wonderful 6-night stay at The Orchard Hotel, Lahore. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with lots of complimentary amenities. The location is ideal, with everything within walking distance. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality—from the Manager and Guest Relations Officer Ms. Khadija to the rest of the staff, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied each day. The only slight downsides were the small portion size of the Chinese dinner we ordered one night, which could be improved. But overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

My recent four-day stay at the Orchard Hotel in Lahore was truly exceptional, and I find myself at a loss for words to fully express my experience. Mr. Shahzad, the manager, was incredibly kind and understanding, and his hospitality was simply outstanding. He generously offered me a complimentary upgrade without my requesting it. The entire hotel staff was amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lahore. The rooms were spacious, featuring a super comfortable bed, fully functional air conditioning, a wardrobe, a coffee maker, a hot water shower, a European toilet, a hairdryer, and a mini-fridge. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, promising an even better experience in the future. The hotel's location is conveniently close to everything, with various dining options within walking distance, including Nando's, Hardee's, Tim Hortons, Domino's, Baskin-Robbins, and many more. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, as you will undoubtedly be well taken care of.

I wish I could have stayed longer

The property itself is impeccably maintained, everything from the lobby to the rooms was spotless. You can tell cleanliness is a top priority here, which really added to the overall sense of comfort and relaxation. The hotel is also situated in an ideal location, making it easy to explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions without hassle. Between the thoughtful service, the pristine environment, and the convenient location, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Orchard Hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I believe the best thing is their human resource. Each of the staff member stands apart due to their proactive customer services but special kudos goes to their Guest Relation Manager Ms. Khadija! She made sure that my stay was nothing less than a royal treatment. The care and professionalism shown by Khadija is something I haven’t seen in years in any hotel around the world. Would have loved a gym for work out.

As a traveler from Russia, I was truly enchanted by the warmth and hospitality of this Pakistani boutique hotel. The blend of rich cultural charm, refined elegance, and personalized care made my stay unforgettable. Every detail, from the exquisite decor to the impeccable service, was thoughtfully curated. A hidden gem that offers more than just comfort — it offers an experience of the soul.

The location is perfect. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and very clean. TV has a variety of channels, including YouTube and Netflix, which is an additional benefit. Breakfast was served in the room due to restaurant renovation.

The lobby is very small. There is an open roof restaurant next to the hotel building, which has loud music that's doesn't allow you to sleep early. I asked the receptionist to change my room and it was changed to the opposite side. The room windows are covered with curtains, and you we can't get sunlight or any view. Breakfast has limited choices. Only Pakistani & continental choices are available.

I stayed in a standard room, which was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a well-designed bathroom.And staff at Orchard Hotel deserves special mention for their exceptional service. They were courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist with any requests.
