The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary equipment you will need for a short stay. We found the apartment neat and clean. The beds in the bedroom are comfortable, although the sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable. The space is small but cozy. The apartment is in the suburbs, but there is a shopping center nearby, with grocery stores and clothing stores, and small restaurants. The environment is quiet and safe.

The sofa bed was not comfortable. There was also a smell of cigarettes in the apartment, probably from the exhaust fan. The light switch in the bedroom is in an inconvenient place.

The Limehome Munich is a self-check in hotel with no staff on the property. The company appears to have occupied a small portion of a large residential property that is multi-level with 100's of rooms. They do provide 24/7 live competent support over the phone if you need assistance. I did call the support staff to assist in entering the property. I booked two separate rooms. They required entering the building at two separate locations, within approximately 60ft/20M of each other. This which was described in the emails with the access codes to the building and the rooms. I do commend the phone support staff for their patience while assisting our entry into the property. Once in the rooms, they were clean and neat. They had well apportioned kitchenettes with a sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, cups, bowls, glasses and silverware, a toaster, water kettle, and a Nespresso machine with coffee pods and an assortment of teas. The rooms were exceptionally quiet during our stay, day and night. The rooms did have radiant heaters with individual thermostats on them. We did not need to use the room heaters at all. The was no central air conditioning vents in the rooms, nor was there an air conditioning thermostat. We were able to tilt the large windows to let in fresh air and provide a cool ventilation. This might be a problem during heat waves, but it was a non-issue for our stay. A laundry room was available for 4.50 euros to wash (auto dispensing soap included) and 4,50 euros to dry. You'll need to sign up on the wewash website or down load the wewash app. The machines worked well. We attended Oktoberfest during our stay and used the U Bahn (subway) to get to and from the event. There was a 10 minute walk to the U Bahn near the Limehome and about a 5 minute walk to the Oktoberfest grounds using the U5 Line. A day pass U Bahn ticket was approximately 9 euros.

I would suggest adding a Map showing the two separate entrances in the email with the access codes. There was a map on the front of the building, showing the entrances but was poorly lit if you are arriving at night. One entrance faces the street and the other is in a covered breezeway. Our shower was a slow to drain, but it did drain shortly after showering.

The location was wonderful. Quiet area and clean. And also safe. You have all facilities nearby, including a Mall. Room was nice, clean, modern. Even if it didn't had an AC, this is a big problem for Germany considering +30 degree temperature, it was situated in a place protected by vegetation and flowers.

We requested 3 person apartment. The 3rd bed was a nightmare. I had huge problems sleeping in it. If you ruin your sleep in a vacation, it's gone. They need to replace that sofa!

The apartment was clean and accommodating for two adults.

The check in process was burdensome and confusing. After we arrived at the property we waiting another 45 minutes to get clear instructions on what info to submit to get access to two separate rooms. We were not told we needed to submit two different applications until after we arrived since we were given two separate apartments. Further. this arrangement was not preferred since we had two teens with us. Parking was also not optimal as you either had to hope to find something on the street or park at a parking Platz two blocks away. Finally, the microwave in one of our rooms did not work.

I wish the bathroom door wasn't sliding.

Two things: full online check-in and access with code, so no mess with keys and documents exchange, no need to meet hosts in person. Second, the cooking corner in the suite is a perfect complement, considering that in the city is not so easy to find restaurants open at late time.

Lack of A/C. I understand the climate didn't require an A/C implant, but things are changing.

Everything is clean, the room is spacious, we missed seeing greens from a window so the view is also appreciated. There is a mall in the vicinity which is also good. Metro is 5 minutes away.

There was no was no way to attach a shower to the wall so we had to hold if with our hands all the time 😅 No aircon.

Very easy checkin, no keys. Good locality - green but also close to markets and restaurants. Parking found on the street for free. Comfy bed, small bed for baby, very nice and clean shower. Bright room. Elevator in the house. Coffee and tea included.

For longer stays you might miss dishwasher, but for short stay is all ok with the equipment there.

Conveniently located not far from the train station (30 min ride to city) and a supermarket. Both easy to walk to. Staff contact via WhatsApp which was fine also. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and big enough for a few nights stay. Would stay here again.

Excellent location close to subway and shopping center, very supportive staff, clean rooms with everything we needed for short stay.

One of the rooms didn’t have a proper door to the toilet, the other had decorated window to the room, not very comfortable if you’re not staying alone in the room.
