The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated and a 5 minute drive to the centre of Daylesford. It was in a quiet location.

Sound proofing not the best as you could clearly hear the footsteps of other guests above you and if they were on the verandah - the guest next to us decided to take a phone call about 11pm on the verandah and woke us, we had to ask him to keep the noise down. The lighting from the power button on the TV was very bright preventing the room from being totally dark therefore interrupting sleep as well. The lighting in the bathroom was quite dim making it hard to apply makeup plus there was not a lot of space to put cutlery, glassware etc when you had to wash up in the bathroom basin.

The room design was both very well setout & pleasing to the eye, nicer than picture! A real modern boutique design

Pre booking facilities details didn't list microwave, frig & bowls, cutlery and as they are BEAUTIFULLY concealed in the cupboard, photos didn't provide a hint. There's even a 24hr laundry facility, electric blankets. Overall they undersell. I will be back, though best suited to having a car

Very modern, clean & well presented. Every morning, I had to fix the bed the same way I found it on my arrival. The location is in-between everything, making it a shirt drive to see everything. I highly recommend yiu to try it.

The clean freshness we could smell walking into the room was nice & relaxing. The thought that was put into that room to provide comfort & the right essentials was spot on for me.

Building location and outlook from Room 7 was great. Tasteful decor in both the bathroom and bedroom and good-sized fridge. Super King-sized bed.

Fly Screen door so that main door can be ajar or open. Face washer could be provided. Toaster should be provided. Sheer curtains / blinds to provide privacy but able to see through from inside.

The room was very clean and minimal, but had everything we needed for our stay. It was only a short drive into the town. The bed was really soft and pillowy. The room felt recently renovated and was very comfortable. For the price of the room it’s great value.

Would be good to have a couch if staying for longer. It wasn’t clear in the confirmation email that you had to pick up the keys from the restaurant in town.

Great location, extremely comfortable beds, and electric blankets was a bonus for the cold temps in the morning. Pillows were great, everything was great

The only tiny problem was the shower pressure, was very relaxing but a bit too soft. If it was increased just a little bit, would be a lot better.

Eleven was a little beacon of comfort on a cold, dark night in Daylesford.

Just be aware that you pick up the key from the pub in town first. It’s just a minutes drive away though, so no biggie. In fact, maybe it’s a good thing if you arrive at tea time and are wanting a meal 🙂

This is our 3rd stay at Eleven, it has everything you need for your stay. The rooms are beautifully made up and clean including tea and coffee facilities, microwave, bar fridge, etc

It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was large and comfortable, and so though the room was small it didn't matter. Very concise and efficient layout. The staff were very helpful

It seemed expensive for 170. Given th a t breakfast isn't provided. But it was the cheapest I could find in Daylesford...an expensive area

Location and comfort

We already called them that we are unable to reach on the date which we booked for and they told me you can come and collect the keys from hotel and next daybi reached the hotel at 10.30am and then there were guy was very rude and told me you have to wait for more half n hour bcz we couldn’t found the keys at that time i was shocked and clearly i am not going again bcz of staff.
