Their airport shuttle met us at the airport, it all ran smoothly, he even took us to a cashpoint enroute. It is a beautiful hotel and we had a very relaxing time. Lunch and Dinner was spent on the terrace overlooking the opera house. Perfect.

We had two issues: the first one being that we were given the wrong room the first night however it was sorted very quickly and we spent the last two nights in a perfect room with a lovely balcony. I drank the wine by the glass however on the last night we decided to have a bottle of the same wine, a glass of wine was R$50 and we were charged $410 for the bottle. I did query it but got no where!

Location across from the Opera House was wonderful. Also it was not far from the boat terminal where we picked up our cruise. Could have walked but wheelie bags on cobbles are tough so a quick and easy Uber worked. Views from hotel roof great. Staff pleasant. Also view from room wonderful. Bed very comfortable.

Breakfast was good but they buffet ran out of some items. Prior to coming here, I received many emails telling me my credit card failed. Tried calling and emailing hotel with no response. When we arrived, it seemed no one knew of any problem. Frustrating but all ended well.

Great location right across the street from the Opera House. This gave for nice views from the rooftop pool. The facilities are well maintained and a welcome comfort from an Amazon trek. The staff were extremely kind, helpful and accommodating.

Small details are missing to make it seem as a luxury hotel. Ex: the king size bed was two singles pushed together so there was a crack in the middle of the bed; There is no sitting area in the room to eat room service other then the desk; no slippers for the cold tile floor; small things really but at the high cost it can be something to expect.

Incredibly friendly and very obliging staff, though most seemed to lack any training at all, plus only a couple could speak anything other than Portuguese. Excellent location right next to the famous Opera - probably best location in all of Manaus. Very comfy beds and great bathroom. Lovely terrace.

Lack of any language other than English. Clueless (though very delightful) staff. Lack of power outlets by the bed. Beware: Staircase to enter the hotel from street level, though staff are always on hand to assist with luggage. Did not see any accessible entrance.

Absolutely the best view and location in Manaus. The breakfast was outstanding, and so was the room - very comfortable without needing to be wasteful or over-the-top. The breakfast/restaurant area deserves all the attention - it is so beautiful and the view, again, is historical and excellent. The staff was absolutely perfect, with flawless service around the clock. 10/10

The hotel was great, unfortunately the food in the restaurant is not up to the same standard.

Our meal at the restaurant was really poor. For example, "crispy shrimp in a bisque" actually turned out to be frozen prawns with plain mayonnaise! The sides were just frozen chips and wedges. The desert, Juma Passion was so solid it was inedible and had to be returned. I can recommend staying in the hotel as it was great but go elsewhere for a meal.

Beautiful and elegant Hotel. Comfortable and lovely rooms. The staff were most friendly and attentive. Great breakfast and food. The view from the rooftop was extraordinary but we could admire the Opera from our room as well. The stay in Juma Opera was one of the highlights of our journey.

Great location just across from the national opera house. The rooms were very nice, spacious for two people, sufficient storage. Mini bar was stocked with water and other drinks. View from first floor courtyard included dome of opera house. Staff was very accommodating, allowed me to get into the room early as my flight arrived at 5 am. Wonderful breakfast/dining room with glass dome, showing opera house and lots of light. Nice terrace restaurant. I didn't have time to swim but the pool had a great location, great view of the opera house.

The water pressure was somewhat irregular, sometimes no water came out of the faucet, other times it was strong. Hot water varied too.

beautiful interior spaces that creatively blend the old buildings with the modern additions and renovations. rooftop pool is stunning and refreshing. hotel is right across from Teatro Amazonas and the theatre square is quite pleasant on weekends. good restaurants nearby. we really liked the hotel breakfasts; dinner at restaurant (two beef dishes) was just okay but service and drinks were lovely. we probably should have ordered fish. everyone is professional and we are SUPER glad we stayed here! we left our suitcases (no charge) for two nights while on an Amazon boat trip then staying one more night.

Amazing pool! Excellent breakfast! Spacious room! Great bed! Overall an amazing experience.

We had some issues with getting into our room and it took a while before the staff figured out a solution. Once we entered we noticed a very strange smell that was coming from the shower. That was a bit unpleasant but after airing out the room and keeping the door closed it was ok.
