An amazing hotel, extremely clean with great staff. Would recommend to anyone. Very modern inside, the poolside and pool bar was top tier - with great drinks on offer. Our apartment was very spacious, again extremely clean. The outside decking on the 2nd floor up the back was a personal favourite. A great sun trap with stunning views. Will definitely be back!!

Perfect hotel, everything is new, the room is very clean, cleaned every day, the Internet worked. I read the previous reviews that they did not clean, did not change the bed, did not give tablets for the dishwasher, bad Internet. Now everything is perfect. Heated pool, this is another plus. Our family was very pleased.

Staff were very helpful on arrival. Very Modern, clean and comfortable room, very quiet during the night, got a great sleep. Well equipped gym. A very welcome free drink on arrival. The wifi was not fully fitted when we were there but the manager gave us a portable modem which helped us greatly. The evening restaurant food was excellent and tasty, I could recommend the pork cheeks any day. The pool was lovely and slightly heated which was fantastic.

No enough USB ports around the apartment. Only one plug socket is not enough in the kitchen area, to run all the electrical equipment eg toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Two pans and a frying pan is not enough. During the day there was some loud machinery on a building site opporsite, that will finish eventually though. The hotel needs a general inside bar, as the only bar open at night was the pool bar and it was too cold to sit outside when we were there. There was no entertainment at all. The on site shop could have a wider choice.

Very new and clean, nice style.

Little things missing in the rooms (salt/pepper/backing sheets, tinfoil) 5 Star Appartement but only two dishwasher tabs, any more must be bought. Towels and a mirror in the gym would have been nice. The communication at the front desk wasnt always ideal and the kitchen staff didnt always catch the wishes. It is way worth its money but for a 5 star hotel those things should be included and work smoother.

Our family is the 2nd time in Tenerife. We traveled to TNS Airport and from there we rented a car to facilitate travel around the island. LOCATION: Since we had a car, I cannot say if the location is good or bad (from perspective of people with limited mobility (e.g. people that needs public transportation or taxi), but from our subjective perspective: - The view towards the Ocean was simply amazing (for me was bonus of the morning routine) - The travel from AMARILA Golf Residence towards any beach was very short time spending - Parking outside the hotel facilities is free (but outside the hotel is equivalent to parking inside the hotel :-) being a literally 3 steps between the 2 parking lots) BREAKFAST: The type of breakfast (served at the table) is simply amazing. - Fruits ..... Fresh pastry ...... various breads ...... madelaines ..... croissants ........ - Eggs of any type you can dream on..... Simply ask Pedro and you will get it. (sorry for not mentioning other colleagues but I am bad at names :-(......but all of them are amazing...... I love this model of breakfast more than buffet simply because the wasting gets minimized and most of the people usually taking more than they eat.. POOL: The pool is not fascinating me as I have one at home and for us the trip to sea side is for the sea itself. However, we spent 2 partial days at the pool with kids and friends and is amazing. Again, subjectively talking: - 1.40m height 20 x 5m pool can get you the perfect size for both kids and people they want to practice - some people says that water is cold in the ocean: for us was as we want it :-) - some people says that pool is cold: for us was PERFECT TEMPERATURE. Is very important to read the review through the eyes of the user ....... ROOM: CLEAN....HUDGE... The hotel is new and if they will manage to keep it as is now, t will surpass many hotels in the island very fast. All the furniture is new and modern Bad are great....pillows are excellent STAFF: AMAZING

Fabulous little oasis! 15 mins taxi to Siam Water Park, 15 minutes from Los Christianos, 10 minute walk from the local Marina with a nice Tepanaki and coastal walk. The Hotel itself is in immaculate condition and the staff are lovely, friendly and accommodating. I liked that there was little kids pool for small children and that all of the rooms on the ground floor connecting to the pool have a ramp from the balcony down to the pool, and from the pool to the dining areas, which would make it very accessible for anyone who might be mobility impaired or anyone looking to move around with a buggy. There's also a nice little touch of a small amusements in the grounds at the back of the hotel with air hockey, a pool table, fuseball, an old school packman machine and a few other games. Internet wasn't an issue for us as we had an inclusive package in our home country so roaming was still free, so we just used a hotspot. The signal was perfect. We had a wonderful relaxing experience.

We had a great stay, for a great price. The hotel just opened last year and still looks brand new. It's all very clean and comfortable. VERY good food (we had breakfast & dinner), nice -heated- pool and very comfortable & spacious room. The personel is super friendly and helpful (special shoutout to Luca and Baumar!! :)). We'll definitely be back.

Everything was excellent, except wi-fi (problems with supplier) but in my opinion it was unimportant to multitude of amenities.

Brand new everything. Room was exceptional. Staff were very friendly.

I understood before I booked that the hotel was not finished but when it is it’s going to be amazing.

Lovely new accommodation, apartments were well equipped. Staff were helpful, cheerful and worked very hard to keep the place looking immaculate. There were a group of us, and all of us loved the place. Great showers, cooking facilities very good (there's a little supermarket round the corner) Still a few areas of the hotel not open yet, which is a shame...(inside bar, 2 outside seating areas at the back)

For us personally, the memory foam mattress was too firm and made me sweat, even with the air con. We prefer a softer mattress. No full-length mirrors in any of our apartments, which all the women agreed, would have been nice to have when getting dressed for the evening. We did leave this feedback with them when we checked out. One thing I forgot to mention there, was the restaurant menu. The restaurant itself is stunning, but there were no chicken options and only 1 vegan (falafels), which are a tad boring. These wouldn't stop us all staying again though, we had the best time.
