The facilities had a makeover and it was very clean and a very nice atmosphere. The rooms were large and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. The breakfast was very good, the bacon was crisp, and the eggs were moist.

The price for a room is very expensive (this is not a 4 Star Hotel), the hot water shower pressure was very disappointing and not strong, maybe change the shower head, I was on the first floor.

Breakfast was not as good as I have had at other Holiday Inn express hotels. It seemed as though it was left over from the day before, we got to the breakfast station early, but the sausages were hard, the omelettes were very hard.

I booked online and there was no communication about the $50 hold for incidentals. It has since been five days and there are still a hold on my funds. I was assured it would be released first thing Monday morning, but that was not true.

The front desk lady.. I believe her name was Sandy?? She was a delight! She was always friendly and we always stopped to talk to her because she was basically the only one there on our stay. Her backup employee never showed up and she had worked alot of hours but she never complained and kept a good spirit about her! She is someone I would want on my team! Good happy helpful employee! The hotel surprised me ..we usually stay at another but i couldn’t afford that one this year and wow this was was just as nice!! Will be back next year!

The bed and rooms are comfortable, the location was great. Amy at the front desk was very helpful and corrected the mistake of the staff who checked me in of the 14 (was charged twice for one room)

Quiet location for those who want to chill. The pool was great, highly suggest to take a swim if possible. My bed was very comfortable and the room was quite spacious. Also the hotel is near a Walmart and food places that were in walking distance. Would stay again

Everything is far away like Salisbury, ocean city and other city's like 30 mins to over an hour and a half away

I like how everything you need is in walking distance. This is one of the hotels that got it right. It is located in the middle of everything you need. (For my family anyway)

Very clean, comfortable mattresses liked having a table and chair in the room.

Shower stuff not stocked properly, no shampoo or body wash in holders. Only a few tissues in box, ran out

The design of the room and the accompanying comfort was absolutely one of the best I have experienced in years of travel across America.

Breakfast was awesome and the location was exactly what we wanted for the night on our way to Outerbanks NC

We arrived just before dinner, possibly suggest some restaurants if we were looking for somewhere to go. We went to a chain restaurant because we thought that was safe but didn't turn out very good.

Everything. Great breakfast, beds were made every day and fresh towels. Staff was great

Pool water was cold...lol
