Perfect location close the MRT station and all the hotel facilities and staff were fantastic. We were delighted by our room and the private bathtub. The front desk team was very professional and welcoming and a special thanks to Dean who welcomed us for our check-in. Breakfast was very good also. Overall a 10/10 and definitely coming back on our next visit to Taipei. Thank you!

Everything was delightful, I cannot comment on a single negative thing about the hotel.

Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of foods and cooking styles Swimming pool and leisure facilities were outstanding Bathroom facilities were amazing; nice extra touches in the bedrooms Décor and environment (including pleasing bird song in the lifts) were stunning

Staff at reception were not always the most welcoming. It wasn't easy to advance book

Clean, calm vibe, onsen bath in the room, nice robes. Overall relaxing stay.

We stayed at a couple of silks before. This one somehow disappointed us a bit. The atmosphere was a bit different (less flexible, less service minded). The pools and wellness were nice but not really worth the extra money. Breakfast also was a bit less than at other Silks’ hotels. But it remains a great hotel

Great location, hospitable & friendly staff and excellent facilities. Breakfast & Bathroom are the highlights of our stay, we loved the cold & hot spring tubs in the room. Happy hour and welcome snacks were a great touch.

Wish there wasn’t a rule to wear the skull cap in the swimming pool & wish we could wear swimsuits in the common hot spring pool.

The Staffs are very professional and super helpful. Always have a genuine smile and willingness to go the extra miles to make our stay pleasant and to accommodate our needs. The rooms are very tastefully decorated with high quality amenities. The bed is comfortable. It was truly one the best hotels we have stayed around the world.

New n fresh, hot spring is great, other facilities are also good, cafe opens for long hours with snacks n drink. Enjoy the happy hours which offer different alcohol.

The front entrance steps - should have a more prominent sign to let visitors aware of the danger. I slipped n fell though it’s my own carelessness.

The breakfast was much better than expected with various choices both in western and Chinese styles

We had dinner at your restaurant. We found the quantity was too much. They should have the choice of just salad dinner particularly for seniors in their 70’s . We can’t eat much meat!

Very good location near the metro station and the park. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms and all other areas of the hotel are beautifully furnished. The onsen and pool area is wonderful and peaceful to relax after a busy day.

Room is Very nice interior and enough space. Location is at the center of Beitou and many of restaunts near.

Limited breakfast menu, but delicious. And crowded at breakfast with external guest.

We really enjoyed this taste of complete luxury during our holiday in Taiwan. Excellent public bath on site, outstanding breakfast with mix of western and Asian food. Bath in room ideal for relaxing.
