The location was great. Namba station is easy to get to and from Kansai Airport. Lots of eating choices within walking distance. There is even a car rental that is near the hotel that we could rent a car during our stay. A budget supermarket was also nearby.

It took us awhile to find how to log into the hotel wifi. It is near the dining table disguised as a wall socket. Japan is huge in recycling and we will also like to do our part, thus more information about how to handle trash can be communicated to hotel guests.

Great location, around a 10-minute walk to Namba station and 15 minutes to Dotonbori. Very spacious apartment with 4 single beds. More than we need, as there are only 3 of us. Very clean and nice view from the balcony. Also, it has a Laundry and a nice bathroom.

Check-in is 5 pm!! You can't enter the building before that time and there's no place to leave your luggage before check-in and check-out. It's all self-service, from check-in and check-out. You don't see any staff at all, no human interaction at all! Check-out is at 10 am, even though check-in is so late at 5 pm.

Locations is good. Three beds are great while travelling with family. Their staff return my message at 12 of mid night. Thank you for it. Sorry I bother them so late at night.

The water pots has water in it and it has stains in it. I had to wash twice to remove most of it before I can boil water with it. Bathroom door edge has thick dust line you can see it visually around the door frame. About the water pot, I know the stain was either from tea or coffee. I am sure it's not rusty . But it still has water in it. That's just bad. Also, some issue with their email account, I tried three times at least to send them a email with a photo attached, but they still couldn't receive it. It was about how to use their washing machine in room. I tried to get some instructions that I am not familiar with that model of washing machine. Some how I just wrote the brand and model number to them and finally got some instructions for it.

You have the whole floor by yourself. We felt very safe but walking on the alley we odd to be a little cautious. The corner building was heavily vandalized and I think someone was praying over the vandalized.

We love the convenient and close to station shops and restaurant. Elevator was convenient. The doors to seperate each room was helpful to cool off the room fast. Dinning table was a little small but great space for our luggage’s to pack and unpack. Washer works well dryer didn’t do much but we did have those racks in the bathroom that helps.

Our family stayed here and had a really great time! The location is super convenient—really close to the station and just a short walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, which made it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious and had a warm, homey vibe, perfect for a family stay. There’s also a convenience store and a local grocery store nearby, which was super handy.

there were no slippers provided, and the trash wasn’t collected until checkout, so it piled up a bit during our stay. Also, it was a bit difficult to reach the staff when we had questions.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood near Namba. Namba Station is about 10-15 minutes away by walking, Dotonbori is about 20 minutes by walking. The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, there is Youtube and Netflix, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, other amenities such as hair dryer, washing machine, microwave, wifi, toothbrush, etc. are also available. There a nearby Lawson from the apartment and lots of vending machine. If you like anime stuff and electronics, Denden Town is just around the corner. I filled out the guest information form before arriving and check in was easy. We were able to go to the apartment in no time. Make sure to read the instructions in opening the door and check in using the tablet. There is an English option so it is easily understood.

The room has a traditional kettle (you need to heat water through the induction stove) though it would be more convenient to have an electric kettle. There is no house slippers in the room, we had to buy our own since shoes are not supposed to be used inside.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff answers questions. Checkin was a breeze. Make sure to follow instructions and do your prework. Our family is able to walk around the room. Not cramped like other accommodations. They have a separate living, kitchen, bath area. They have washing machine. It was hard to find at first because we didnt know the area. But once we know the area, everything seemed near. About 1km away from dotonbori and it was a leisure walk. About 500meters away from namba station. Wonderful area.

10am checkout and cannot accommodate leaving of luggage. It would be helpful if you can advise guests on options where they can leave their luggage. There are coin lockers in the nearest station. There is also luggage storage in the travel desk in the nearest shopping establishment.

Great location, only a 10 minute walk from Namba station and area. Plenty of lockers around for 10am checkout. Holly's and other places dotted around for breakfast. Dotonbori is again only a 15 min walk from the hotel. The hotel itself has no staff. You check in and check out yourself on a tablet. Pre-registration saves time for when you get there, although we couldn't fill in the online form. Our room (4 people) was on one floor! It's a thin hotel, located in what seems like in an alleyway when you arrive at night, but looks fine during the day. There was no electrical kettle, only a teapot for the stove, which was fine for us. Overall, a very good place to stay.

The building is a quick walk within 10 minutes from Namba Nankai station. Each floor has 1 apartment, and the apartment has the perfect arrangement with 4 single beds which is close to impossible to find! Kitchen is well-equipped for making simple breakfast. The living space has a decent size dining table and benches which can seat 4 adults comfortably.

We did not know how to throw away the trash with the specific local rules, and there was no housekeeping service or collecting trash for the 3 days we stayed there
