I always stay here on the way to St.Petersburg. So, it's a perfect stopping point for me. I liked the walk-in shower, and the bath towels are larger and softer, which is really nice.

The walk-in shower floor needed some serious scrubbing. It was dingy , so it did not look clean. Also, there was black mold around the drain area and on the ceiling above the shower head. I could not get the TV to work. There were no instructions.

We had some equipment we were worried anout in our vehicle but they assured us everything would be fine and they told us where to park for added security to help ease our minds. Then we had an issue with our TV not working. Called the desk and they immediately came down to help and figured put a solution. Super friendly and attentive. Thanks for employing such a great person to check us in.

Only real issue with the room was the how far off of the shower edge the shower curtain was causing alot of water to end up on the floor but pleanty of towles in the bathroom to keep it from being anything too bad. The pool needed a little TLC but I assu.e that was partly due to the amount of rain that had occurred recently which also caused an issue with some excessive insects around it. But it didn't keep us from enjoying it so it really was no issue we couldn't deal with.

I didn't eat the breakfast, but the coffee was good; however, they were out of bubbler water in the lobby and staff were too busy to refill.

When I reserved the room on Booking.com I requested a pet free room, but the hotel said they didn't receive the request. Fully booked hotel, so I was a bit uncomfortable because of allergies and potential for flees. Fortunately, I didn't see or feel any. Fully booked hotel and they could've used additional staff in the morning, but otherwise staff was attentive.

The breakfast was good each morning I stayed. We loved that the pool was already comfortable to swim in and not cold. Because of a previous unusual accident the laundry mat next door was priceless!

The air conditioner made an irregular noise that kept me awake until I put a pillow on my head. And that was enough to go to sleep. It wasn’t loud, just irregular. This should be no reflection on the staff, everyone was nice! But 116 ac needs help.

Clean and Updated. Very friendly staff. We were just passing through on our way home and needed to stop for the night. But Gainesville is on our list to visit, so will certainly keep this place in mind! Great price, good value. No sanitizing gel in the breakfast area, which surprised me. Had to keep going back to the front desk for it. Someone across the hall from us had a blaring, disgusting cough, heard it all morning, and a woman was going in and out of that room without a mask, coming and going to breakfast. Now that there are Covid cases on the rise again,  i’m thinking that would’ve been the responsible thing for her to do. I realize not the hotel’s, fault, but since we were only a few doors away from the breakfast area and front desk, would have been obvious for someone to mention to them. Breakfast was not as substantial as in other hotels where we prefer to stay, there was no cooked oatmeal, or freshly cut fruit. But plenty of bananas, and tangerines, and the tangerines are much preferred over whole oranges, which are impossible to peel, and plastic knives don’t cut! Tangerines are a good choice on their part. So we were still OK with fruit. Oatmeal was only packets of instant, and they didn’t have any plain. We’re not so into the natural flavors stuff. So I had the instant plain grits. Scrambled eggs were good. We don’t eat meat. I believe there were fresh blueberries in the fridge, along with plant based milk. Coffee was good enough.

Nothing, good value! Clean and nice staff. Fewer breakfast options than we prefer, but perfect for a night or 2.

Loved the breakfast — lots to choose from. The staff was really nice. They helped us with our safe. We weren’t told someone will be in the room in a couple of hours. They came up right away and took care of it. We did have to ask them to change our sheets and towels, as well as clean the room. We shouldn’t have had to do that, but they were very accommodating and cleaned it well. The ladies serving breakfast were very nice too!

What I said above — we had to ask for new sheets and towels, as well as having the room cleaned. It was a little pricy too.

The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. It was so comfortable that I’m looking at buying the same mattress at home. The shower was also the best I’ve experienced - perfect water pressure. The staff were incredibly friendly. The eggs for breakfast were so good, and the overall selection for breakfast was more extensive than expected.

There was an odd smell in the room when we first arrived.

The room size was bigger than expected. Very clean and well maintained. We were very happy with our stay and will be back when in that area.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The eggs were dry. Also a bit difficult the elevator were down over night and as we were two people over a certain age, using the stairs was difficult.

The friendliness of the staff was great. I felt very safe there. The room was clean, smelled good, and the locks were in perfect shape. The room was updated, felt fresh.

The shower had not been remolded. It was very old, the grout was nasty looking. It didn't match up with the rest of the room that was really nice and updated.

We picked this motel because of its location and reviews. Great choice all around. The office was just about to put us in a room on the second floor. When I found out the elevator was out of order, I requested a different room. That immediately happened. Room on the first floor was huge, plenty of places to sit, electric plugs galore. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee available 24/7.
