Friendly staffs.

The staff is very hospitable, And approachable , and also the FO was Good.

We stay there for 3 weeks, We dont like The room, the toilet is dirty the bed sheet and blanket also not nice, and when were going to check out for our last nighte the AC is broken

Everything. The ac unit is unsafe, the windows are broken, no tv, no outlet (aside from where the tv should be plugged), the sheets have very visible stains, there were cockroaches, the toilet door is broken, no shower, no water dipper, the floor drain was clogged, no flush, the toilet was dirty. The room smelled like cigarettes. No internet, data signal is weak

Everything else. Before you all book look at the real pictures here not online and you will see what i talk about. And the Lucing that grades the place here a 10 is the person who works here at the front desk. So dont be fooled with the grades you see but better you see from actual real people who have stayed in this dump.

Rizza and mariel the desk woman they are kind and nice people.

Bed with fungus. Toilet with black spots in the bowl. Male workers there sit all the tome play eith their phones and dont work. Aircon is 1 position and blows hot air instead of cold. The managers there are never in the building they collect salary but dont work for it. I hope the owner also reads these posts and takes action for new managment. The desk boy sleeps furing hos work alwaus busy with his phone and makes fake revieuws here under his own name by giving the place a 10. Again i hope the owner sees this becaude these people cost him a lot of money and they dont work for it.

it doesn’t look as good as in the pictures shown, it’s an unkept building and facilities are unbearable, good thing the front desk asked us first if we would tour the rooms so we can choose…we came from a 10 hour travel from the province and was just so exhausted to travel some more and was so disappointed with this accommodation when we reached it. To tap it all it couldn’t be found by our Grab driver, he got to go around just to make sure we reached the right destination, in which, of course, we got to pay extra for his good service.

Everything else and the magagment in that place keeps refusing my posts about how the place looks hahaha. But i keep reposting them because the truth need to be seen by the people who will book at this place and what kind of dirty room they will pay for. SO MANAGMRNT OR THE SAD PERSON WHO KEEPS REFUSING MY POST. I KEEP PUTTING THEM BACK ONLINE. instead of looking at the revieuws and refuse them work on making your place better so you dont have to shame yourself for the truth.
