We always come back here for the swimming pool and the BBQ restaurant that's just about 5 minutes' walk. The unit was fairly clean, has complete supplies of basic amenities. Spacious. Love the space. It has the view of both the pool and the main roads so you can actually catch both sunrise and sunset.

The place is definitely not for those who intend to go off on shopping spree as you'd need to drive up for maybe 15mins more, but that wasn't our intention so we were okay. Oh would have loved if we had more pillows. I'm a person who likes my pillows fluffy so getting one flat pillow per head reduces the sleep score.

Location is smack dab in between my son's school & the town centre. Convenient to go everythwere I needed to go. The view is amazing. The unit is spacious & comfy. Security & housekeeping is good & friendly.

The site stated that they don't provide iron so I brought my own, which is fine. Imagine my surprise when there's an iron in the unit🤣but it was broken 😅 so I'm glad I brought my own. In short, everything's fine but please update & maintain the amenities ya.

The location is easy to access. Not too far from city centre. Need few minutes car ride. The view from our unit was pretty! The toilet was clean. The living room was spacious. The wifi was quite fast. For those who bring their own car, there is a parking lot ready for you. You just need to inform your agent. There’s convenient store and restaurant nearby on walking distance. So easy to find food.

The swimming pool security is very strick. Not allowed children without swiming suit even we already use the sport pants. Actually we are guest for the apartment. No Need to talk rude to the guest just speak nicely..not everone undrstand your rule.

I like the facilities, and the space is quite big for 2 people. And we got to do the cooking( they prepared the stoves, microwave and water heater) Will come again next time.

The room is not soundproof. I can clearly hear people walking and talking outside of my room. And the neighbour talks quite loudly and disturbs our time to rest in the evening. The drain in the bathroom is blocked. Hopefully they can fix it nicely.

I like the apartment.It is suitable for a family to stay for a few days.The facilities like cooking utensils and washing machine are provided.The swimming pool is also available as early as half past 7 in the morning because I can see people are swimming in the pool at that time. At the nearby apartment, there is also Ramly's burger stall which is still available till 10 pm. The security is also very friendly.

Seaview was good and calming. Comfy place

All airconds needs servicing. Some not working at all and management replied late on the last day when complained. Deep cleaning for sofas & curtains; it's a bit itchy so maybe about time to do them already.

Near parking space, great value for big family

Sofa was dirty (had stains from previous tenants), provided dry iron but it was quite rusty & inconvenient to use.

easy to get the property keys upon my arrival. the lift for level 14 got problem during my stay, and the technician immediately closed and do the maintenance.

On Monday 13/4 the swimming pool closed due to the cleaning and its for 4 days, we should get notice earlier.

The room is so tidy.

As for my visit with my family, we found out the cooking equipment is not enough. So we need to take away from nearby restaurants. Luckily the apartment location is near to tanjung lobang and a lot of restaurants choices can be found there. And the swimming pool rules is sooooooo frustrating. Need to wear swimming suit even for kids. Not even lagging is allowed.
