Staff is very quick to provide support. I had a problem with my room phone and it was fixed the next day without followup. The reception would always greet me warmly as I came in and out.

The maintenance is tired. The management that set up the place is not the same management maintaining it. The staff are quick to support, but it's a shame management isn't proactive in checking that everything is functioning in a quality control way. I think the staff is working beyond their roles to compensate.

spacious, very clean and fully functional facilities. staff were helpful - especially Fatima as she provided tips and tricks of how to navigate entry to the rawda, the Prophet’s grave and places to sightsee in Madinah. One of our 2 rooms was ready 2 hours before check in which was fantastic

no microwave, key card to the room stopped working multiple times and we needed to go back down to reception to have it fixed

what you see is what you get. the picture shown is the same in actual luxury room very neat & clean. the female receptionist is very kind and approachable with the smile,the room boy is very active for assisting the guest with the friendly approach.

very clean Smart TV with Netflix . Bathroom comes with raining shower. location close to train station, some restaurants and markets.

bathroom has no hair dryer. the hand-wash was not hot as it is essential in the cold weather as well as room does not come with heater . the room is not properly sound proof . you can easily hear others outside and they will hear you too.

Firstly, the receptionists 👌🏼👌🏼 and their flexibility. also the room service are cooperative and responds swiftly. Next, all facilities are nearby, including a laundry, supermarket, pizza restaurant and a specialized cafe downstairs. good wifi and high hygiene level

The most required thing at the check_in is the good behaviour of receptionists. The behaviour of the receptionist was professional and cooperative at this hotel.
