Visited during low season so resort was practically empty! Felt like we had our own little private beach. Staff was very attentive and very kind. Room was lovely and clean and very spacious - jacuzzi on our balcony was wonderful! Location was spot on, we had a moped so was very quick to get to the town and plenty of 7-elevens!

Food was a little on the pricey side so we didn't eat too much there but so many local spots with amazing food within walking distance so wasn't an issue

Spacious room with two bath tubs, one jacuzzi bath on the balcony incl bath bomb was amazing. Nice and clean pool. Beautiful bay location. Steam sauna and yoga provided by staff was enjoyable. Easy taxi to haad rin 10min, 200 bath. Every day a surprise cookie or cake in the room. The reception is proactive offering service such as a taxi to the ferry or fullmoon party.

The breakfast was underwhelming. Too many options with pork or deep fried, no seafood or fish. No fresh bread. Coffee not tasty. No view from the room, looking into another room.

Very nice location if you are looking for a quiet, romantic get-a-way, Beautiful quiet beach with sunset views. If you don't want to eat all your meals at the hotel you need to rent a motorbike to go anywhere as the taxis are hard to find and expensive. The room and bathroom was very comfortable and large, great bed as well. Nice and quiet too.

The main thing that I did not like was how dark the room and bathroom was. Even with all the lights on the room was on the dark side. Same with the bathroom where the sink is. Not enough light to see yourself in the mirror when I wanted to shave. I was always trying to find lights to turn on to be able to see when I was in the room. I did not go to Thailand to watch TV but when I was in the room and did turn the TV on there were about 18 channels and they were all Thai channels. Not a single English speaking channel nor any news channels like CNN or BBC etc. All the Thai channels were selling products with a few local news channels.

Loved the room I stayed in with really comfortable bed, huge bathroom and amazing bath. The property was gorgeous with amazing plants and trees everywhere - it felt like an oasis. The pool next to the Ocean was amazing and so was the saunas. The restaurant had delicious breakfast with a generous variety for all taste and diet preferances. The staff was very cheerful, polite, and kind. The place was overall very clean.

Great location: nice beach, close to central restaurants/bars and to main parties. Warm and kind personnel. Good kitchen and bar. There is a good gym available 8 to 20, with nice a/c.

2 improvement areas: 1) soundproofing: in garden-view rooms there are doors between them, which let all the sounds through: quarrels, toilet flush, moaning) 2) the hot water in the douche warms up too long, the outside one works better

The look and feel of this place surprised us. It was above expectations. It feels calm and luxurious and the room is absolutely gorgeous. Within a minute you're at the beach where also the pool is. The restaurant is good but nothing too special, the breakfast also good. The beds were nice and the location calms you down after party or just sightseeing.

The shower took 20 minutes to warm up, but it eventually does. The balcony has small chairs (I'm 1.85 m). That made sitting on the balcony not very comfortable for me.

Staff especially at the lobby were extremely helpful und nice :) pool was amazing and the view of the beach added to the charm. Breakfast was delightful! Lots to choose from and very versatile. Location was perfect for us because it wasn’t in the middle of everything aka nice and quiet but easy to reach everything.

Nothing really. We just weren’t fans of the dinner. Compared to the breakfast it was a bit of a let down especially for the prices.

First and foremost, the staff were absolutely warm welcoming, friendly, and helpful. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the attentive service throughout my stay, every staff displayed courtesy, and a genuine desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They went above and beyond to cater to my needs and requests, making us feel like a valued guest at all times. The resort facilities were simply outstanding. The room we stayed in was spacious, elegantly decorated, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. The comfortable bed, and signature amenities provided a truly indulgent experience. The room's design and decorations were evident and well appreciated. We were also thoroughly impressed by the resort's beautiful surroundings. The well-maintained gardens, stunning views, and serene atmosphere created a truly tranquil and relaxing environment. Whether I was lounging by the pool, taking a leisurely walk through the landscaped grounds, or enjoying a meal on the outdoor by the beach, we couldn't help but feel rejuvenated by the natural beauty that surrounded us. Finally, the resort on its commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices. It was heartening to see the efforts made to minimize the environmental impact, such as waste reduction initiatives, and the use of locally sourced products. This demonstrated your dedication to preserving the natural beauty of the surrounding area, and it resonated to our personal value.

The breakfast order service did not meet our expectations. The delivery of the breakfast order was all confused by the staff who just got trained. Orders were taken and acknowledged however everyone seemed to be confused with their own menu. Dishes that we ordered the same, were prepared differently. Various dishes that we did not order, were delivered causing massive waste of the resort catering resources. This experience left us dissatisfied and questioning the attention to detail and basic food knowledges and understanding of the staff. We had 6 days stay and it was a real struggle on every breakfast order with unnecessary stress to the staff and other guests.

didn’t like the threatening notes about charging for damages when there sheets and towels were all frayed and bed sheet already had a hole in. some cat or dog poo was around the property. drinks are too expensive for the quality. taxi from the hotel is more than the real taxi fares. also think breakfast should be included in price for all guest as it cost very little for the hotel when they already have the staff working there.

Rooms spacious and airy, well designed and comfortable. Pool overlooking beach lovely and a good size. Small gym also a bonus. Hotel a bit too far from town to walk, but there were some restaurants, bars you could walk to from hotel. Restaurant really nice space too overlooking beach and breakfast excellent.

Beach in front of hotel ok, could be cleaner. You would certainly want to rent a car or moped to explore other beaches. Dinner at hotel restaurant, whilst very good, was overpriced compared to other restaurants.
