We have stayed here on many occasions and it's our favourite place to stay, it's so comfortable, clean and a very big balcony with sun loungers and table and chairs so you can relax in the sun without the worry of the (sunbed wars..hahaha) if you want privacy this is totally perfect, the bedroom are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need, you are just a 1 minute walk from the amazing Amadores Beach and on top of a bus stop with many different bus routes so you can exposure Puerto Rico or Puerto de Mogan, The staff are so friendly and so very helpful anything you need just ask the reception.

Holiday Club is a owners complex, with amazing private abilities. Its close to the beach has their own pool which is not crowded in July/august, and some rooms even have private pools. We had all we needed to cock all meals and a fantastic view from the large terrace. We had our own private washing machine as well. Parking with our rented car was best between 18.00-10.00. If parking between 10.00 and 18.00 you will need to book a private spot or to pay for the underground paid parking, and then move the car to one of the many free spots after 18.00. A bonus for the kids was to go gekko hunting, as the local fauna is spiking with the small four legged creatures:) So adorable, and they love banana.

The guest bed is a sleeping couch, which is fine for the kids, but for adults, its a bit hard to sleep on. The hotel does have som wear and tear, but nothing I would go anywhere else because of. Ground floor does have a few cockroaches near their sewer systems, but we never saw them in the rooms and kinda felt adventures to see them once in a while

The wooden floor around the pool area could do with being replaced- some loose planks and my daughter got a splinter in her foot. Nothing major just thought it was worth mentioning. I would have preferred a walk in shower- we had a small enclosed sauna shower which was a little bit cramped. Some apartments have walk in showers.

hotel staff was very nice! especially the gentlemen from the reception! very helpful. clean rooms, beautiful view, large space in the apartment, full equipment, washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryers, iron, toaster, fruit juicer! we thought there was no oven - it is in the microwave - you have to change the knob. we had neighbors on the left and right, and despite this we could not hear anything at all! apartments very well soundproofed. close to everything, bus stop next to the hotel. to puerto rico on foot promenade 15min. swimming pool wonderfully warm - heated. highly recommended, if we come back to Gran Canaria, we will definitely come back to this hotel!

The apartment was huge which was just what we wanted. The brochure photos were very accurate. The private pool was fantastic, the location and view were amazing. We will definitely return!

We weren't informed that the washing machine and tumble dryer were outside the apartment, we stumbled across them by accident after spending a day and a half thinking they didn't exist! Kitchen was very well equipped but really missed having an oven. TV WiFi stopped working after 2 days and one of the bathroom door handles fell off but these were minor issues that we didn't bother reporting and they certainly wouldn't stop us booking again.

The apartments are excellent.Shane no restaurant. Your method of check out is likely to upset a number guests. I have never stayed anywhere , where a member of staff is sent to check the apartment before you are checked out.

Your collegues need to be aware what should be provided according to your web site . No normal way of cleaning work surfaces , washing up crockery which if is not provided in adequate quantity. May sound a very trivial point comfort and ease of use is surly. We are now staying in Holiday Club Puerto Calma , such are provided.

Huge and well equipped apartment with amazing ocean view. The rooms are cleaned almost every day. Very close to the beach. They are changing your beach towel every day. The pool area is nice. Excellent for this money. I would choose it again.

The bathroom needs some renovation and the mattress needs to be changed. The restaurants in the are very similar, not too many options to choose from (the hotel's restaurant was closed).

Loved the large balcony witha great view over Amadores beach, and loved that it was a very short walk to beach and restaurants. Very spacious apartment which was furnished nicely. Also right next to airport bus so very convenient to self transfer on public transport.

No bar or restaurant on site. (Was one but it appears to be permanently closed). Pool could have been bigger but perfectly acceptable. Sunbeds not that comfy but no shortage of them when I went there to sunbathe.

Very nice staff, hotel is quiet and very close to the beach, spacious apartment and a large terrace, nice private pool, thorough cleaning service, parking service available (and in the shade...)

Terrace was not clean on arrival, but it was quickly remedied, dining table is too large for the room blocking the living room walkway and the hairdryer is terrible! Dish washer baskets needs replacement as the cutlery is stained with rust.

So close to the most beautiful beach in Gran Canaria in a very quiet area at night - less than 3 min walking distance. We loved the amount of space you get and the outdoor area was just so special because we got upgraded to a room with a hot tub. Staff was very friendly and let use two towels and lobby shower for free on the day of our checkout since our flight left quite late. Everything was also very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Some of the bathroom fittings felt a bit dated and cleaning was not available on Thursdays and Sundays but honestly this was so minor not really worth mentioning even.
