The property was really good! It was so clean, comfortable and the staff were absolutely incredible. I think they were the most helpful staff we have come across on our trip so far. The two girls who looked after the reception were so nice and just so helpful! They even cooked me gluten free crepes because I am coeliac and couldn’t have the wheat flour. They gave us a rain cover because it was wet outside and even ran out to us with some plastic to put on the ground under our bag while we were waiting on our taxi when we were leaving the hotel because the ground outside had just been washed and they didn’t want our bags getting wet.

Some Asian guests were quite loud in the corridors late at night and they were smoking at the window in the corridor outside our room. Other than that we enjoyed everything!

Excellent value for money. The room was new and clean. Two queen beds put together gave you a giant bed. The bathroom looks good as well. Toiletries include a razor, toothbrushes, cotton buds, a comb and shower caps. There is complimentary bottles of water, instant coffee and sweet tea in the room. Breakfast is excellent and included in the price. You can also rent a motorbike for 120k VND a day.

not much honestly

I can fully recommend this hotel. It is comfortable, great quiet location. To the main rush center it is short walk so you are not sleeping in loud traffic. Breakfast is yummy! Do not hesitate to ask for their soup, it is delicious! We had also every night dinner from their menu, we tried many variations and all was fantastic. The personal is very kind and provides full service. I would like to come here again. Thank you!

We arrived at this property at 4am with no initial booking, very much hoping we could get a room - the woman at reception was very lovely and helped us. The room was clean and comfortable, great air conditioning and had a fridge. We were able to do our laundry with the hotel and rent a scooter, overall it was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this place.

There wasn’t anything I did not like.

Very modern and nice room. A luxurious feel and the biggest bed I have ever slept in. Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast which was included.

A bit of a bad location but easy to take a taxi to where you want to go.

This hotel is a gem with friendly and helpful staff, and all the benefits of it being a new hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the room was nicely decorated with pictures of the surrounding area and a very comfortable bed (best so far in trip). I liked that it had a safe deposit box for extra security. The bathroom included all the necessities, and  I liked the extra attention to detail where the bathroom towels and mat contained the name of the hotel, as well as a hair dryer. Coffee / kettle are included in the room, and the restaurant in the hotel was very good. Breakfast was excellent and consisted of a buffet with Asian and western options, and included yoghurt, fruit, fruit juices, and so on. All in all, it was a nice experience with professional customer service, and it was excellent value. In conclusion ... highly recommended.

Nice hotel, excellent amenities, and a wonderful breakfast buffet, as there was a group there. Staff and management were fantastic when we mentioned there was some noise overnight from a rambunctious group. Dinner across street was a fun experience with a truly authentic setting: only westerners there!

A bit farther to Tam Coc and backpacker hub than anticipated.

The staff could not do enough for you. Excellent value for money, motorcycle hire and laundry all provided at the hotel for a cheap price. Close proximity to all the areas you want to visit.

The staff members were really supportive. They helped us checkin early and even gave tips to travel around. They also have free bicycles to use (up to availability ofc). The location is not close to anything but also not far from anything, so very easy to explore the attractions without having to stay in a noisy neighborhood.

The taste of the toothpaste probably. But we got that for free and it's something super personal 😜

Great value for money hotel, clean and modern, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we were restocked with 2 bottles of fresh water every day which was a nice bonus. There is a restaurant on site with affordable dishes and a good selection of different food. The rooms were clean, they had a really nice waterfall shower, some complimentary bathroom products and a fridge and mini bar you can pay for. Something to keep in mind that we wished we had taken advantage of, they can arrange your travel through a bus service for you going to Hanoi, Phong Nha, Da Nang, Hoi An etc, we had already arranged our own bus to Phong Nha through 12go and it turned out to be a lot more expensive!

Very minor point but the location wasn't as good as we'd hoped, this is only because we weren't feeling too comfortable with the motorbikes, if you do plan to rent one then the location will not be a problem. This is even more of a minor criticism, because the staff let us borrow bicycles free of charge which was very helpful and made it easy to cycle to tam coc and hang Mua.
