Location. Walking distance to the Acropolis, other monuments and sites. Outside the door of the complex, begins the rows of cafes. Stroll amongst several long laneways of cafes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Felt safe inside the room. Each individual room has a door that locks. These doors are on the other side of another locked door, giving the feeling of a closed off area of a few rooms. Felt safe outside on the street - although I wasn’t out past 9pm. Not too noisy. A bit of street noise heard if the windows are open from down below - but that’s what you get with the amazing location. If you’re a light sleep, being earplugs as if the other rooms have noisy people; that will help. Lots of extras too make the stay comfortable; aircon, iron and board, kettle, little fridge, coffee pod machine (and two pods provided). Staff pleasant to deal with through booking.com Had a smart TV including YouTube and Netflix so on a day you need an hours rest, you can watch some home comforts!

The shower window frame and shower grout could do with a clean up for aesthetic reasons. But this is minor and I understand the age of the building and having no exhaust fan and having people not open the window isn’t an easy situation to upkeep. I was happy to use the shower there

Apartment has lock system without keys or cards, so we didn't need to pay attention if we lost it. It is also very close to Monastiraki what was an advantage for us. Very nice lady for cleaning services, clear appartment. We had an issue with a light in the bathroom(probably some contact) and it was solved next day. There was an option to cook some simple meal, to prepare coffee or tea.

We did not know before our booking that we had to throw used toilet paper in the basket, this is in Greece to know clearly before booking and payment. Our apartment was noisy at night because of one café on the ground floor, ie after 22:00 at night, even at about 3 am. Not very nice view from the window. Bad kitchen equipment, the vitroceramic stove clearly did not work and instead there was only one-plate tool. There is no closed wardrobe

The location was superb. It was easy to locate. The room amenities were good.

Since it is located at the heart of the busy tourist area, some nights are a little bit noisy because of the entertainment from the adjacent resto. But it was not so bad.

This was the second time we booked this apartment. It's in an excellent location and for a fair price. The apartment has almost everything you need, apart from a broomstick or at least a dustpan and brush, which I commented on last time but nothing has changed since. But what is important is that we have developed a special attachment to this apartment and I feel it was not our last time. Besides on top of everything since it doesn't face the street but some other buildings, it was fairly quiet, which you appreciate at night. This time we used the oven quite a few times, which saves you money when you bring leftover food from restaurants.

I asked in advance to check in an hour earlier due to my earlier arrival by plane. The staff was not that flexible and we had to wait with our luggage in a pub. Manageble but would have appreciated it the other way round.

The property was in a very good location. Surrounded by restaurants and near enough to all the attractions. There is a small grocery close by and a nice bakery around the corner. We just walked to all the places we visited from the accommodation and very near to the metro station as well. It blocks out the noise once you close the windows even if the restaurants can be noisy at night. Easy communication with staff on messaging at Booking.

It would’ve been nice if there was a microwave but that is a small thing.

The whole idea of throwing toilet paper only into the trash bin isn't pleasant if you say more than a day or two. without housekeeping throw the whole say -this is an issue. The elevator in the building has a moldy smell you are pretty much on your own- one night the other guests were fighting loudly in 2-3 AM in the morning, and there was nothing really that we could do, since it made no sense to call the owner but it affected our stay. But again- the VFM is still grate :)

It was very close to tourist attractions. You do not have to use any public transport to go to any attraction. The street where the hotel is located is very well located however it also means lot of sound during night.

It was too noisy at night and although it has air conditioning we could not use it because of the smell. Air conditioning has a very bad smell. They were very helpful, however; they respond late, you should be consider that when wat to communicate the owner.

Very central location 5 mins walk from Monastirski metro station. Easy connection to airport. Lively area plenty of cafes and bars . Music and nightlife. Room is comfortable, double glazed and air conditioned. Small lift helps get bags upto second floor . Area felt safe at night. Good bakery at end of the street couple of door away . Try Yogurt bowl Breakfast at Kaktor Bookbar.

Room simply furnished . Bit dark in the shower , but good value given location.

The place was perfectly located. It was clean comfortable and quiet. It was simple and a bit spartan, but it was perfect for a few days. It had a fridge and a coffee machine and plenty of hot water for showers. Everything was within easy walking distance. We felt it was perfectly placed. Communication with management was easy and effective. They have a luggage storage room available for the day of arrival and the day of departure. Great value for money!

Nothing

The bed was the best thing about the room. So very comfy with good pillows. The shower was strong. The room was very clean. I liked that I didn't have to meet anyone to go in. There are fancy keypads on the doors. The location is great as it's surrounded by restaurants and bars and in the middle of 2 metro stations. The front rooms might be noisy at the weekend when there is live music nearby but I was at the back which was very quiet. There is a restaurant exactly opposite which is open for all meals. I didn't get there but I've read that it's very good.

For the price, I couldn't even begin to pick anything out that I didn't like. In a city, you're hardly in your room anyway, and it was enough for a great night's sleep and close to all the best parts of tourist Athens. I'd come again.
