The building itself, the staff, location, the flat was nice. This was are second time at this property. We had an additional person with us then so stayed in a bigger flat which was very nice.

Problems with shower, very hot during the day luckily it was cool at night. Could not stay here during the summer. (No AC)Sent info to property about issues. Also fyi the table , coffee table, blinds are definitely showing wear.

The apartment was spacious and ideally located for my place of work and the railway station. I gather I was the first person to stay there and everything was immaculate.

My only criticism is that the tea in the kitchen area was loose tea rather than teabags but there was no teapot to brew it in!

The property was good, just located outside the croydon station. Although it is a bit far from central london and takes about 40 mins by train. The flat was sparkling clean and the building was well managed. I got a flat on the 35th floor with nice panoramic views around. The only thing which was lacking was the air conditioning and when i travelled during the summer, it got quite hot.

Air conditioning majorly. There was only ventilation and no aircon. Because of which you had to open the windows and blinds, which would end up disturbing the sleep in the morning.

Great location opposite East Croydon station although not obvious which building it is due to there being no number on it. Large, comfortable, warm apartment with an en-suite and separate bathroom. Smart TV and good internet.

Although I completed pre-check in, I was asked for photo ID which wasn't mentioned as a requirement for getting the fobs. Fortunately, I had something with me. There were a few issues which a maintenance technician attended to. However, I wasn't notified in advance of his arrival at 10,30am. Also, I hadn't reported the issues. However, there was a quick response to the ones I did.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit to anyone.The unit itself is very comfortable, spacious and in a great location. Heat works well (30 degrees at night), hot water in shower, well equipment kitchen. Friendly concierge personnel.

The only issue, was that upon arrival at close to check-in time, the concierge had no record of my reservation. I had submitted all requested information well ahead of time, but the situation was immediately rectified with a phone call.

the place was really spacious and dainty, they have everything you would need like being at home more space to move and can cook if you prefer to home made breakfast they also have a coffee machine which was really great but we had to buy some more pods because we ran out they had complimentary pods but we drink a lot of coffee so we just bought some outside, the location was really good very close to the station we only had to use oyster as the zone is still cover under oyster card which is helpful because its more cheaper than buying ticket trains from apps, the best place to go down is london bridge because youll have more access to central london and going back to the apartment from london bridge is also helpful because there are trains going to east croydon every 5 mins so you’ll never have to worry of cancelled train because they all pass through east croydon.

only that theres no aircondition or fan as it was really hot when we arrived, we just opened all the windows during the night.

Everything - but especially the INCREDIBLE view. We had an apartment which was nearly at the top of the building and sitting in the dark, looking out with all the London skyline lights shining?! WOW.

The ensuite shower was blocked and so flooded the room every time we used it. The owners need to put a mop and bucket in the cupboard. And if you take the wrong train (as we did once) it will take 40 minutes to get into central London! (It normally takes 20 minutes).

The location is one of the most attractive features of these apartments, right opposite East Croydon Station (one stop from Gatwick) with regular services into London Bridge and Victoria. Enjoyed living in a block where other residents were permanent residents, not holiday makers. Appreciated the dishwasher, washing/dryer machine within the apartment. Reception staff (who don't work for Charles Hope) are very friendly and courteous as are the Charles Hope Guest Services staff whom we contacted by phone and email when issues arose.

Pre check-in procedures which are required to be completed in advance of arrival are quite onerous, especially when you do arrive there are a number of other forms to manually sign. The main grumble we have is that connecting to the wifi was problematic and took Guest Services two full days to resolve for us. When we checked in again after a week away we had the same problem. Despite these issues, we would stay here again.

I reported maintenance issue. Ie.e the freezer was full of ice frozen shut around not be used . It was never attended too. Reported no hot water issue at 10pm ad 12 am was told maintenance will attend to the issue in the morning and no one followed up. The amenities was almost empty when we arrived at the place. We went out and bought our own but in their add they say they get you started.

The apartment had an assortment of communal areas which is good for socialising with a other guests or tenants. The rental included access to the gym and spa facilities. Great view from the roof top with adjacent games rooms, personal theatre and bring your own drinks bar.

The room was smaller than is appeared in the photo, however most concerning was that the windows opened fully in such a tall building.
