The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly

The stark essence of the room. There were no drawers, no place to hang clothes. The bathroom had a low toilet seat. I'm on a walker and the the bathroom was hard to manage. After a little discussion they found me a shower chair. But in the room I had difficulty moving around not much room. When people travel as I did for a death of my brother it would have been nice to come to the room and been able to relax.

Staff was friendly and great! Very pleasant as we were coming and going. Great room/ lobby was bright and comfortable.

Room smallish only room for one (desk) chair, 1st floor room had to pull down total shade with no daytime partial shade option. But that said, bed comfort, bathroom, shower great with fan room good for our 2 night stay.

New, modern, clean. Surprising variety of amenities for what it is. Good location (relatively speaking, but if you're looking for a nice hotel near Plainfield/Joliet, this is a good choice). Near local shopping/dining.

Limited outdoor space.

Check in very pleasant. Front desk agent said to call her "big mama". She has a great smile and was very friendly.

It was new! And the pancake machine! Staff was amazing too!
