The room was nice, well equipped, comfortable and pleasant. There was a tasteful coffee and tee. Apartment has a good lightening variability, nice bathroom.

Place is very well situated near the city centre. However this particular street is like a nightmare. Further you go, better you feel. During our stay there was a guy, who used the entrance to the building as a place to get high. We wanted to go inside and he was melting crack on the spoon while lying on the ground. Just a few meters behind him there was another guy, who was checking his veins. I highly recommend drop yourself in Google street view and decide if you are strong enough or not.

Location was fabulous, it felt super safe and clean, lots of space and stylishly decorated. Very easy check in and out.

As you can’t flush loo roll down the toilet which is usual in Greece, it would have been nice to have daily housekeeping even if just to empty the bins. And the sink was small with a shelf directly above which made it hard to use.

Filia Place is a hidden gem in the heart of Athens! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Monastiraki, the Acropolis, and vibrant local markets. The apartment was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. The self-check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Despite being in the city center, the place was peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and style, Filia Place is the place to be! Highly recommended!

The property is located perfectly, right beside lots of lovely restaurants and small local shops. It is also a short walk from many of the sites including the Acropolis. The apartment was spacious and well furnished providing a kettle, toastie maker, coffee machine, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It was also very clean. The staff were very friendly and provided codes to access the apartment via WhatsApp, this meant check-in was easy and quick. Although the location of the property felt safe, the apartment felt very secure providing good peace of mind. The property also made arrangements for a private transfer from the airport making our stay much easier.

Fantastic location. We were able to walk everywhere. There’s also a lively area of restaurants about a minute’s walk away (but not so near to be noisy when you’re in your room). Well designed space. Great to have a kitchenette and lounge area. Comfortable bed, good sized bathroom, everything you need to prepare food at the hotel.

As the room isn’t serviced it might be nice to be provided with a change of bin bags and instructions of where to take them. We stayed for five nights and it was just about ok but both the bathroom and kitchen bin were full so any longer and it might have been a problem.

Location, facilities

Very nice apartment with a comfortable bed and sofa. There was no space like a small wardrobe or something for clothes, but everything else was perfect. The facilities were all good. The staff were very attentive and communicative via WhatsApp. They helped us store our luggage in the building for a few hours after checkout, before our flight. The location is great, walkable to everywhere, and the metro station is also not far. There are cafes and bars in the neighborhood. Good value for the price for 3 people for 3 nights.

There is noise outside sometimes late at night or early in the morning, which interrupts sleep. The street where the building is located is dark at night, no street lights and not very clean, however the area is safe, and we haven't had any incidents.

I liked that it was very clean, neat and tidy and I had quite a nice view from my window. I also was happy that it was in a central location. Self check- in was very easy.

I chose this place because it said it had soundproofing, as I had come from another apartment that was very noisy. However, I don't believe it is sound-proofed because I woke up each morning from people outside the room leaving/checking out and if there was a party in the bar/neighbourhood your could hear it. Overall it wasn't noisy but it definately wasnt sound proof, so that shouldn't be on the description. Area isn't the nicest, but it is right on the same road as Psiri which has lots of nice bars and restaurants so it's convenient and I would say very central. However, for a studio room I wish there was a hob.

Firstly, the apartment looked exactly like in the photos. Cleanliness was exceptional upon our arrival. The location is perfect, close to all public transport needed, close to a lot of great tavernas, restaurants, shopping street and some of the turistic objectives. The staff was very helpful, even though the communication was done via whatsapp, we never had quicker answers to our questions or solutions to our problems(a fuse problem 1h before our departure that was fixed in literally 2min)

Nothing to mention on the negative

Management company of this flat was excellent. Really liked the property. I appreciated the extra towels and sheets. The bed had a broken slat and the company fixed it within an hour of us reporting it to them. Also I was not feeling well and made a last minute request for a late checkout and they were able to accommodate. Which I was very appreciative of. Bed was VERY comfortable.

I think the AC shut off after it reached temperature. Which is fine but it didn’t kick back on to maintain temperature. Not a big issue, but I woke up hot most nights.
