The staff is always friendly and helpful. We especially enjoy seeing Tawanda Tilman each time we stay. She handles the breakfast bar and always makes our breakfast a joy. She does a fabulous job taking care of all the guests and keeps the breakfast bar well-stocked. We visit the area to see family and drive 30 minutes from the hotel to see them because we love this hotel and staff. They make it worth the extra drive. The room is great, very roomy and comfortable.

The first morning was Tawanda’s day off and the guy who filled in for her just could not keep the breakfast bar stocked. He made many excuses instead of just doing the job.

the staff was helpful and pleasant. They encouraged us to call if we needed anything. Jacoby was especially helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious. We didn't get to spend time in the resturant or bar, but looked in.

The night we returned from the funeral, there was a party going on. The person giving the party had guest all in the parking area and doorway. There were about 40 to 50 people hanging out, playing loud music,hanging on cars. We went in to rest,but couldn't. Around 12:45 , my husband called the front desk to have them say something to the guests outside. About a half hour ior so later, we heard gun shots. Someone had been killed on the property. We got no rest that morning.

We booked for June 20 also by phone. We told them we would be coming in late, since we were driving from KY. When we arrived they said they cancelled our reservation because it was cancelled at 6:00PM. The girl at the desk was not very friendly because I wanted her to find me a place. Here we were in a small town after 9:00PM AND NO PLACE TO STAY. I feel some compensation is due.

Breakfast was great. Wide selection of foods; cereals, hot meats, eggs, make your waffles.

Beds/mattresses in the room we stayed in this time were worn out and not as comfortable as expected. Check in issues were ALL due to booking.com and NOT the hotel staff. The confirmation number I had received was not forwarded to the hotel.

I LOVED the location! The staff!!! Jessica at front desk is a gem 💎😍 EVERYTHING was absolutely FABULOUS!!! It was peaceful and the breakfast was delicious!!!! ANYTIME that I have to come back to stay, this is where I'm staying!!! Please keep up the great work!!!!!!!! 💖💖💖

I wished there was a microwave in my room, but that definitely was not a deal breaker! Matter of fact, I didn't check to see if it was under the coffee maker so I don't know if there was even one there. But again, NOT a deal breaker! I LOVED MY STAY!!

The location was just where we needed. Kids had fun in the pool. Everything was nice and clean.

Kitchen is short staffed when it came to breakfast time. More than one cook is needed. The burden of a large crowd for free breakfast should not be on one person. Management please do better.

It is a newly built and opened hotel. Very nice staff but a very newly trained staff. Breakfast area is nice and would be a good hot breakfast if it was consistently stocked and tables wiped. Many staff would disappear for extended periods of time to fo perform a task, only to return with not recalling what they left to go do or go and get.

Staff was often overwhelmed from lack of ongoing training. They struggled a lot to complete many things. Not enough experienced staff to support these newer employees. Hotel executives need to help these folks sooner than later. Some staff were constantly on their phone earpods while interacting with customers. Showerheads had no pressure. This could be from debris in showerhead filters from new construction or the need to remove water conservation devices. A 5 minute shower took about 20 minutes in this shower. I don't think water is best conserved this way. I did not experience this lack of water pressure in the sink or toilet. There were flies in my room and flies in common areas and breakfast areas.

When we checked in at night, the night, Clerk was exceptional. They had originally put us in a king size frame. We checked in and left quickly because we were late checking in and had to go meet up with other family. When we got back, they realized that we had needed a double queen. They were already working on this when we returned. Super accommodating. Super nice.

The only complaint that I had is that the room is super dark when you turn the lights out. Leaving the bathroom light on was not an option because it was so bright. We opened the soundproof curtain to allow a little light in from outside and heard the train. Perhaps some nightlights would be good for older people like me.

Everything. We have stayed in multiple hotels, and Springhill Suites by far has been the best. Rooms are ginormous and have everything. Multiple USB ports, many outlets, and plenty of space to walk around. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful and large. We will be looking forward to staying at Springhill Suites again. 😀

There are plenty of lights, but very low lighting.

The staff was excellent. Pool was nice.

The breakfast seems to get worse. I've been going to this hotel for the last few months, and the selection and the quality have gone down on every visit. No bananas, no scrambled eggs. The sausage soaking in grease. I'm very disappointed.
