We stayed for 2 days visiting family in the city…the breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options!!! The quiche was Wonderful! The staff was friendly and accommodating and provided the southern hospitality we are accustomed to in Hartsville!!!!!

More recognition of elders. Had to walk long distances with elderly people with canes. Wasn’t too bad to be deal breaker, but would increase customers if taking into consideration.

Clean , smelled clean .. well kept

In room 220 ; The shower wall , shower head , hot / cold handle was dirty , look like soap/scum residue could tell it hadn’t been wiped nor cleaned , the tub was half clean. Under toilet seat lid half cleaned.. wasn’t disgusting but definitely wasn’t wiped or cleaned. In room 220 there was no shade curtain. There was the 2 pull curtains that don’t meet fully to shield sunlight . But the actuallly shade cutain that’s in the front was completely gone, there curtain slide bracket was there and the stick but no curtain. So sunlight was coming in the room at the crack of dawn .which was very irritating and an inconvenience . But beside that the room was well kept .

Breakfast is basic and the hot food is left in the contaiers too long . We had to change our booking last minute by a day and the staff at the hotel amended our booking with minimum fuss and cost, we were very grateful. The housekeeping staff were also exceptional, we asked for extra towels and received them in a timely manner.

The hot offerings at breakfast is always poor. Some fresh fruit salad would be a very welcome addition

Relatively quiet location. Nice staff. The room was wonderful and huge! Bathroom was a little small, but overall good. Comfy bed. Very quiet room. Nice selection at breakfast and the check out staff was really nice.

TV was small and difficult to control with the remote. Currently was charged twice and I'm hoping the management will resolve that issue quickly...! Interesting neighborhood and at times you could hear loud vehicles revving down the road.

It was very clean. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. Very good location, beautiful little park (no playground) right out back. Desk staff were very friendly. the Belgian waffle and egg quiche was yummy at breakfast.

Could have had more breakfast options like toast bacon sausage, my husband didn’t like anything they had so he didn’t eat. Parking the second night several trailers taking up lots of parking spaces so we had to park out of a spot next to the curb where people drive.

Staff was super friendly they gave me information about places to eat close to the hotel. And the breakfast included is definitely a bonus

It was very good! It was very convenient for the customer. The variety was so great because you have people who do not eat pork. The directions of places to visit was great.

Provide a better selection of breakfast meats. A variety would satisfy the majority of customers. Suggestions would be to use turkey bacon and or sausages.

It’s a nice clean hotel and close to shopping and restaurants- the price hike of the room was a shocker but given it was Labor Day weekend and there weren’t any other hotels to book into we had to make do. The room price was almost double what it typically is. $739 for a queen room for two nights.

We had to move due to baby roach crawling on bed. I don’t do bugs and we had to change rooms. It was 320.00 for two nights and I would never do it again.

I love how the toilet is now separated from the sink and the bed was super comfy.

I didn't have a floor mat, for stepping out of the shower. I had to use one of my towels. Nothing major.
