Despite how it maybe look, the Florence Inn was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was amazing and the bar is an amazing addition to the hidden gem. Mr. Charles checked us in and was very nice and helpful, it was giving “we’re all family here” vibes. If I’m ever in the Florence area and need a good rest and a cold drink, I’ll definitely come back.

I was hoping the pool would be open, but unfortunately it wasn’t. It looked very clean and I’m sure my family and I would of enjoyed it very much

My stay was great! The place isn’t super new—things are a bit older and slightly worn—but everything worked perfectly. The bed was cozy, the shower was hot, the towels were clean, and the staff was friendly. It’s a great spot for a night’s rest after a long drive, with gas stations and a couple of food places nearby. I also loved that I could park the car right in front of my window.

I was actually shocked that the room I stayed in looked like the rooms pictured. Appeared updated and clean. No weird smells as expected from a motel this age. Bar and grill in lobby offered a very good of food. Kitchen closes at 10 but bar open till midnight on a Monday. I had a dozen terriyaki wings (asked extra done and they actually did it) and a cheeseburger...very good. Surprised.TV worked well...EXTREMELY HOT shower...nice. Mini fridge did actually cooled drinks...alot of them dont.

As stated the room appeared well kept, beds made well, no stains on chairs no weird smells. the challenge was when you entered the bathroom there were about about a dozen scurrying roaches ranging from tiny to 1/2"...the worst kind. they scurried back into a hole in grout at wall base in back of toilet. killed what i could...then plugged the hole with toilet paper. other than that everything good and a good experience....and for the price..i can handle a few bugs.

The peace is blissful and, no one harassed us. One of the best places to stay in Florence. This place doesn't cost as much as the big hotels that's a plus.

Weekend noise is higher, didn't have a reward program to have free night stays once earned points have been collected.

Spacious, easy off and on interstate. Very friendly staff, very easy to rooms. Vending and food in lobby for purchase. Very close to eateries.

Room had a musty like smell and the cleaning person missed a few important touch points

There was a large opening at the bottom of the door about 1 inch from the floor. Had there been a snake in the area, it could have easily entered through the opening. The hotel needs a lot of maintainance.

Booking.com offered me 10-15% off through an email. I paid for a week and didn't receive my discount.

Front staff was great! Came to the room w/o asking to explain things. I had to call later in the evening and response was TOP NOTCH!!

Nothing that they could control (people lingering around).

Too many dogs walking the property. The beds weren't soft and pillows too small and need to be replaced.

The rooms were wonderful the beds was the first bed I slept in that didn’t hurt my back pool was awesome
