This hotel has nice rooms and was clean. There is a refrigerator in the room and the bed was comfortable. Location is near a large Edeka grocery store and also a 15 minute walk from the old town. Parking was also available making it a reasonable location if on a road trip.

Unfortunately, people wandering back from a later night out in summer will tend to have conversations upon returning out in the garden area, which was right below my room's window. Management should consider "quiet hours" signage asking people to be quiet from say 10pm to 7am or something - I have seen these at many hotels. Also, the 18 euro per person breakfast is steep - I did not partake and was able to get breakfast at the Edeka for about half that price.

- Great location. No street noise at night. I felt very safe in Erfurt and around the hotel area even walking at night - Close to the city center. About a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute tram ride - Tram station directly opposite to the hotel - Very comfortable bed and a spacious "living room" space in the suite - The room is clean - Lots of storage space for your clothes and belongings if you are staying for multiple nights and don't want to "live out of a suitcase" - Big shower - Fridge & complimentary mineral water - The staff were all very friendly and helpful - Overall it was a very nice experience and I would visit this hotel again

These are just very minor things / suggestions - the room on the top floor gets very hot, despite turning off the heating. Can't complain about it in winter though - it would be cool to have a coffee station in the room for people who don't like eating breakfast

Pleasant situation, about 1 km from the Cathedral Square. No coffee making facilities in the room, but a coffee machine was available downstairs (free to use). There was a nice seating area at the back of the hotel for coffee/ breakfast/enjoying the weather. Good breakfast.

Room could have been cleaner (cobwebs in a couple of corners). Awful pillows (and only one each). Tram line was a bit close, so noisy in the morning.

The room was very nice, especially the bathroom. The table was big enough too to work on something. The bed was very comfortable.

The wi-fi wasn't working at first and on the second day, it worked but was very slow. If you need internet, you should have enough data for mobile hotspot.

Quiet location. Nice welcoming and friendly staff. Car parking is available at the location, not free.

The hotel is not modern so there are some traces of the history. Pillow covers weren't clean.

Very comfortable single room, looked kind of a mini apartment as there was a desk plus sofa and table as a living room. Corner room with 2 windows facing the garden, very peaceful. Staff was very nice and provided me my own modem as the general wifi was not working on my devices (Thanks, Dominik!). Location is perfect, just 10min away walking to the Domplatz and close to the road leading outside of the city. Plenty of parking possibilities in the street (for free from 9pm to 9 am).

Although somewhat outside the city centre, I liked the location of Hotel am Brühlerhöhe. It is close to a tram stop and was very quiet. I needed to leave early and did not take breakfast but the staff at reception explained to me the advantages of the €9 Ticket!!!

The single pillow I received was not very full. Otherwise everything was great. (The single bed was quite narrow but long enough so I didn't mind!)

Very friendly staffs, located in quiet district but also accessible to tram station not far from the attractions.

The pillow seems to need more cushion
