We were really pleased with our stay at the property. It was nice and clean and fully equipped for anything you'd need during both short or long stay. Community facilities were great too - bar, restaurant, swimming pool and etc. The location is great as well, just a couple minutes' walk to the beach, plenty of nice restaurants around, several decent grocery stores as well. Would recommend to anyone visiting south Tenerife.

Location ideal for a one night stay near the airport.Very friendly and helpful host made us welcome and kept in touch with us for previous 24 hours

The minibus from the airport could not find the location and I had to contact the host to get a better idea of where it was. It was the same problem on our return journey as our taxi was waiting in the location of the given postal address. We had to walk across the road to a hotel to give their location. It would be helpful to make directions clearer.

We stayed in this Apartment only one night because we arrived very late with flight to the island and needed a place to rest close to the airport. The couple that own the apartment were really sweet and greeted us well on our late arrival. The compound has a very nice pool area with a bar next to it. The apartment was very tidy and clean with fans (luckily cause it was very hot). When we left we forgot one thing that the owner found and is about to drop off to us on our way back.

Only stayed at the accomodation for 1 night. The owners very good communication prior to arrival. Excellent check in procedure. Apartment near rear gate so easy for access to car. Walking distance to bars and shops. The apartment had plenty of facilities. You must remember to take your own water , drinks and food etc.Nice pool area for bathing

No negatives really. Really picky but a tea towel for drying crockery , and cutlery

It is very close to the airport, which we needed. Even though rotated towards the street, the feeling of being inside or on the terrace was not bad (the r some garden and plants in-between). Spacious. It was not difficult to find a parking space in the middle of November.

Electrics need looking at

Everything was satisfactory, though a little more comfort would not have gone a miss. WiFi worked well (only in the living area) beds were firm bordering on hard, the mosquito net only covers the bedroom window, so bring your own plug ins. The view was to the rear not really over looking anything, sun loungers would have been nice. Kitchen was small but it was possible to cook there- bring your own knives though!. The TV worked ok. but the uk channels were affected by poor satellite. The pool was ok, possibly even heated

Needed more space in the kitchen by units on the wall taking the microwave, I would not want to be there in the summer or at peak season, as the flat gets the afternoon sun and was warm (for us) even in January. Best email via booking .com to contact the owner, as there's a bit of a language barrier, but everyone was nice and understanding. Generally value for money .we had a pleasant stay and would consider using it again

Location was good for us.

Cab took us to the correct address but we had difficulty finding our accommodation as there was no signage, and no one to meet us.

Great place with great swimming pool

Excellent host, very helpful, the apartment location was excellent, very clean and well equipped apartment. Would definitely looked to revisit.
