Location is so far so good who drives from south EU to Germany or north Beds... Extraordinary comfortable. It was like a dream to sleep at these bed.. I was about the ask which bed brand they have. Also room was very clean, well prepared with coffee/tea. A swimming pool was good but we didn't have time to swim there. Breakfast was quite enough with variety options. Parking was so easy and there are option to charge EV autos.

There was no fridge in room, no option to keep cold some stuff. Nothing more, Kyriad is very good place to stay at least for a night. Deserves the money that charged..

Pepper and salt was absent on most tables during breakfast, which was annoying when eating egg dishes. The cables of the Tesla Superchargers were much to short for the non-Tesla cars,which needed therefore to occupy 2 chargers instead of 1. Tesla owners are obviously annoyed by the occupation of 2 chargers at the same time by the non-Tesla cars too.This is a general problem of all Tesla superchargers opened to non-Tesla cars!!! Tesla should follow the example of the cables of the chargers of his concurrents, for instance Fastned and Ionity, where the chargers can be used easily by all brands of cars including Tesla.

This Hotel is an exceptional property with an incredible value for money! The rooms are super huge and well equipped with space to work and even bathtubs. I cannot understand at all the mediocre - bad reviews of this place. We liked it very much there. In my opinion, this is a great location to stay overnight when travelling from / to Switzerland. Due to the time of the year, we could not use the pool, but we did use the sauna and it was amazing! Staff was very friendly and there are more than enough parking spaces around for all guests. The property was clean and welcoming for people.

The isolation of the sauna should be improved. It took long for it to heat. (minor critic) :)

The room was very nice - spacious with a very comfortable bed, quietly located. A nice bathroom with a really good shower.

I enjoyed my stay but the devil is in the detail! The bathroom drain didn't work well and the bathroom floor flooded when I had a shower. The lighting wasn't great so the room was a bit dim. But my real concern was the restaurant. The breakfast was excellent but dinner ... I waited an hour to be served with what was essentially a bag of salad with some lightly cooked vegetables and a ramekin with a crust of overheated rice. There was only one waiter who was working hard but not always in the restaurant. I know there was a coach party staying in the hotel but the service for other guests was inexcusable.

The location suits us fine, close to Basel, Switzerland and onward journey to Italy. We've been staying quite regularly within this vicinity and the prices are more affordable than a number of other French towns & cities. We had the benefit of a large family sized room which overlooked the swimming pool. We actually stayed two nights here and decided to explore the nearby town of Colmar which was a quaint place and well worth a visit.

The air-conditioning was a little noisy and the safe was locked with no instructions on how to open it. Generally the room could do with sprucing up but, for the cost, it was fine.

Big and well equipped room, comfortable bed and really comfortable pillows. Nice overall common spaces and polite staff. Convenient parking. The pool would have been a big plus if only we had time for it, but it does create a nice atmosphere despite the industrial location (which isn't nice but it's extremely convenient for overnight stays)

The conditioning system was a bit noisy. We booked a room for 4 occupants but only found 2 towels for showering. Unfortunately there was a bright light just outside the room's window, so it was difficult to obscure with the curtains provided.

The hotel has some "old" touches but it's been carefully revamped and it's fully equipped. Exceptionally comfortable pillows made the one night stay over a great pleasure. At the reception, day and night staff, did anything possible to accommodate my needs and questions.

Getting there isn't straight forward, following the navigator. Make sure you trust your observation more! Unfortunately due to system's update I went through a pretty stressful uncertainty around my reservation, which was eventually sorted the day before arrival. Shouldn't happen to others. To be said is that the staff has paid a great deal of attention to the issue and kept a good communication. Thanks!

Clean room, very kind reception staff, convenient location for a stop-over, spacious parking, breakfast option, comfortable beds.

The paint on the ceiling was peeling. The lady serving the breakfast buffet had unacceptable behavior - huffing and puffing very unhappily all the time, deliberately collecting the cutlery in a very noisy manner, making loud and not very polite comments to the guests and generally creating a very unpleasant breakfast atmosphere. There were no vegetables at the breakfast buffet.

Great value for money, large room, kettle in room (not enough tea), really good bathroom, water fountain in lobby for filling bottles, easy access to nearby motorways. I wouldn’t use the swimming pool but goodness, for that money it is an amazing facility.

Not enough electrical power points or light switches! Rooms a bit dated but, for the money, that is not really an issue.
