Location !, the friendliness and readiness to help from Roberto. The room was very nice and bed firm. Very nice breakfast arrangements too....

one caveat was the shower folding glass let quite some water get into the floor of the room...so not very practical. Another main aspect to consider is the fact that the street it is on is very noisy at some times ( late evening, early morning: 5:30 glass bottle pickup woke us up on Tuesday morning...the next morning was the trash pick up....)

Excellent location, easy to check-in, and the owner not only gave good tips, but as well let us keep the luggage after check out time so we could see calmly the city. Breakfast was OK (could have more options, but still was more than enough). Room very clean and tidy. All needed facilities in the kitchen available.

Only spend one night, so not sure if its the norm, but was very noisy during the night/early morning outside (cleaning of the streets, garbage collection, people passing, all is very loud) and inside as well as soon as the breakfast starts.

The location is perfect, you are in the middle of the old town and there’s a car park 2mn walk. The room was cute and the breakfast and host were absolutely fantastic. Prefect B&B to stay few nights in the middle of the old town.

You will be in the heart of the old town and it will be busy during peak season so get some earplugs if you want to make sure to rest properly

The hotel is located in the centro historico and is a newly renovated historic house on the ground floor. It's location is fantastic as it is a 5 minute stroll to the centre but on a very quiet narrow street. You are able to get to all of the sights easily and it is a 15 min stroll to the castle which is the furthest landmark away. Lecce is a beautiful city which has a easily walkable historic centre with lots of sights to see. The area has numerous good quality restaurants and bars. Roberto was our host and he is a friendly affable person always on hand to help. He gave us several good recommendations. The rooms are historic with vaulted ceilings and are spacious - we had a basic double room which was was lovely. Our friends had more spacious rooms which all looked extremely well presented. The place was spotless. Breakfast was fresh and had lots of choice. Overall everyone loved the B&B and Lecce.

Roberto was an excellent host. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We were able to use the kitchen to store cold items and make a hot drink. The breakfast was fine. It was a short walk to major sites and lots of cafes and restaurants.

Everything about this B&B was wonderful . From the location which was very handy and exactly where we wanted to be , to the quality of accommodation for the price we paid . Roberto was so helpful with everything . The breakfast provided was amazing .

Everything was fine. The location is perfect, in the center but still very quiet and the staff is very welcoming. The breakfast was good and filling. We recommend this b&b.

It was in a great location very close to shops, restaurants, and the major sites within the historic center.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Great location! Amazing host always ready to help. Spacious and very comfortable room. Easy check in and out procedure. No stairs - very accessible if this is important to you. Easy walk from the train station but also easily accessible by taxi if necessary. (I didn't have a car so can't comment on ease of parking nearby)

Wonderful host.

More offerings at breakfast would have been welcome. Fruit, nuts and seeds, maybe some cheeses, meats, and even boiled eggs.
