The location is great. CLose to the dead sea beach. Spa and the outdoor pool are excellent. Late check-in on Saturday was a bit of a disappointmnet. But the hotel provided luggage storage and offered to use the hotel facilities while waiting for the room.
Nothing really

The spa in Oasis are just amazing, it's take's your all problems away. So much variety and most important it's really very relaxing. Room, I had on the six flour with the view on the Dead Sea, it was WOW! Room self big enough even for few people, supper comfortabel bad, good matras, relaxing corner, table with chair, big modern flat TV, closet with bathrobe, smal fridge, coffee, thee, water. Big bathroom, with bath, excellent towels and cosmetics from the Dead Sea. Breakfast? Delicious and so much variety, from typical Israeli food to English choices, very much for all. So much variety for vegan and vegetarian as well. Several different coffee's and the fresh juices. Paradise! Lobby, relaxing places, gardens and pool outside with the space and different sofa's where you can laid, sit or relax... if you are not at the Dead Sea self or in the saunas, massage & treatments room. But most important are the staff. From the lobby- desk, especially Mr Nursel, wonderful & warm & helpful & friendly and professional, from the moment you come inside , you feel very welcome and you are the center of all. All the huiskeepers lady's , thank you very much for your wonderful work and your kindness! At the restaurant , Mr Mahmud, he will advice you, help you with all and even send birthday present to my room! It was such a pleasant but wonderful surprise. The Oasis Spa Hotel is located just a 5 meter from the bus stop. Very well connection with bus from Tel Aviv or Jerusalem.
Than I didn't & could'n stay longer!

Wonderful atmosphere - adults only, relaxing garden with many seating areas, great spa with salt water heated pool, very good fresh water swimming pool. Excellent restaurant with many options, including vegeterian and even vegan. I suggest going half board, there are not too many restaurants in the area. The beach is only a few steps away. It is gorgeous and clean. Comfortable bed.
As in all kosher hotels in Israel, there is no decent coffee on Saturday morning. I find it outrageous.

Close to the beach. Great, varied and tasty breakfast! Beautiful facilities. Lounge zones are amazing. Don't miss and opportunity to spend some time at swimming pool area. Its very beautiful and relaxing. Nice SPA!
Room was clean and comfortable. But you can notice that last renovation was done long ago. But it doesn't make it less cozy)

The room & bed were comfortable. The Spa was relaxing. I asked for vegan option at dinner & received that. Breakfast was good, fresh, lots of options. It was quiet, no kids at mealtime or pool. The beach was just across the street.
I missed not having a balcony, but we could open the window & enjoy the view. If we wanted beach chairs we had to pay for them, the hotel could offer vouchers for that. After leaving the warm spa, the hallways to the elevator were just freezing. It seemed unnecessary to have those areas so cold when you are walking through there in wet robes.

I had pre-ordered a bottle of wine and plata of fruit, and had phoned up two days previous to our arrival to check that this detail would be attended to - Unfortunately there was a glitch and the supposed surprise for my partner was ruined - However, after complaining of my serious disappointment in the hotel, which after-all, is not new or amateur, and having stayed there several times over the last few years, the hotel deputy manager Hanni took matters into hand. We received the above-mentioned. Hanni arranged, as reparation for the "balagan", for the extra cost to be returned (OTH) and met with us personally to express the regret of the hotel. We also received preferential treatment for the rest of the 3 night stay. All's well that ends well. . The hotel has undergone a substantial re-vamp, the spa has been redesigned and is now modern and crisp. The rooms which were once a little "old-fashioned" are now brighter and more comfortable. The spa has a super hamam, and we enjoyed a very professional massage. The outdoor pool area is more Mediterranean and fresh. The staff are very kind at all levels (the check-in staff dealt with my ire (see above), politely and professionally) and the dinning room is a breeze. We enjoyed our stay - We will return and recommend this hotel.

In the first 30 min as we arrived we got call from guy (Nice one and I'm sorry I don't remember his name) he was from guest relations asked how's the room and if everything ok. Another 30 min pass and we got call from hofit who also asked about our arrival and if all went smoothly. Our stay was exceptional. Lihi and Oleg from the spa we both went out like walking on clouds. Professionals Too crew. *** Special tnx for Lihi for extra love and sweets all along our stay, the food was Perfect and fresh. Oasis 10/10 Thank you all, Nastasiia ShyShykina., Tal Saar Avisrur.
Everything.

Our second visit to the Prima Oasis Spa Club Hotel Dead Sea, two years after our first, was even more delightful than we remembered! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Keana at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and kindness, setting the tone for our entire stay. She even surprised us with a room upgrade, complete with complimentary robes, coffee, tea, chocolates, and water – such a thoughtful touch! The resort itself is simply wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities, which are impeccably clean and exceptionally well-maintained. The entire staff is so friendly that you truly feel right at home. And the breakfast! It's absolutely amazing. The spread offers everything you could wish for: fresh fruit, delicious pastries, and a wide variety of both hot and cold buffet items, all incredibly tasty. The coffee is also excellent – clearly high quality. Later in the day, the complimentary beverages and delicious homemade cookies served at noon and in the afternoon were another testament to how well this hotel takes care of its guests. Check-out was super smooth, thanks to Esteban at the front desk. Being able to converse with him in Spanish made the experience even better, and his kindness extended to letting us use the hotel's facilities until we were ready to depart for home. One recommendation we'd love to see implemented is the organization of tours to Masada. A shuttle service at a set time for a reasonable fee would be an incredible addition. We wanted to visit Masada, but the €100 taxi fare for a 20-minute ride was just too prohibitive. If the hotel could offer tours or even just shuttle services, it would greatly enhance the guest experience. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Prima Oasis Spa Club Hotel and all its staff for making our stay truly unforgettable. God willing, we will be back again, and hopefully, with a tour to Masada on the itinerary!
The only small suggestion we have is regarding food waste at breakfast. We noticed some guests piling their plates with more food than they could eat, which unfortunately led to a lot of waste. Perhaps a gentle reminder to guests about serving only what they'll consume could be helpful.

Lena the manager was very devoted to answer to my wishes. Attentive, understanding, and could have a very nice stay, at the dinner room, the personal came to me to ask if everything was ok, so I know the team hotel actually do their best to satisfy their clients
Too much expensive in this old hotel that really needs to be reviewed. I put a 8 to push to renew the hotel as the hotel team, I feel they do their best in spite of the material quality that it is not sufficient. As many resorts in Israel. It is unfortunately famous to have bad qualities material, for too much expensive night. The quality bedroom with the service even for an expensive price I see it as 500 ils for a night in this hotel but definitely not 900 ils! It is crazy.
