The outside doesn't do it justice. It's very nice inside. The room was very spacious, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on when staying away. Very clean, modern and well put together. *The lady on reception 28.06.25 around 18:30, very friendly, great disposition, welcoming and sincere. Wasn't the typical robotic receptionist, which made a very nice change after a long commute and day. * The location is absolutely fine, BP a short walk away, should you need it. Free parking. Which is a big bonus, not to be underestimated.

Parking was scarce when I arrived, not a dealbreaker but just something to be mindful of. Although there is parking on the side as well, should the bays become full.

The hotel is very impressive, it looks beautiful inside with luxurious marble throughout the lobby. The whole hotel is pristine, it is very clean and all the rooms and public areas are brand new and spotless. The rooms themselves are very comfortable, with a proper work chair to sit on at the desk, lovely warm comfortable bed and nice good quality furnishings like curtains and cushions. The bathroom had a lovely set of toiletries included and enough towels for my use. The shower was nice and warm also. All staff were very friendly and helpful and helped me with a late check out which was much appreciated. There were a few minor things that were missing from the room, like a bin in the room and hairdryer, but this was easily solved by using the bathroom bin and I didn’t need a hairdryer, however I am sure that reception would have provided one had I asked. The Netflix did not work but again this is a minor problem, and the normal TV worked fine. It would be nice if the hotel offered an optional breakfast, but this can be solved by popping over to the garage next door and getting a croissant etc from there. I really liked this hotel and I would be very happy to come back and stay again. Thank you for a lovely restful stay.

Location was ideal for visiting local family. Parking and access was good. Breakfast was good and well priced. The twin room allocated to us was to be on 1st floor. As I was travelling with my 80 year old mother, the evening receptionist, on check in, realised that without a lift, this may be inconvenient, so he automatically arranged a twin room on the ground floor with no fuss made. Excellent, attentive staff.

If anything, breakfast setting was a bit darkly lit. Tables located nearer windows would have been better.

The bathroom was a bit dirty, brown stains on the shower curtain and bathroom wall. Checked under the bed as we were leaving to make sure we didn't leave anything behind and can tell under the beds hadn't been cleaned in a while. Dirty socks, old water bottles, blowtorch :/ Very hard to park as guests were parked terribly, in the middle of two bays etc, although this isn't the hotels fault

Clean Staff very attentive. Was a problem with first room but sorted immediately with no fuss and very apologetic Problems can happen, but the way it is resolved will stick in your mind. This is why we use this hotel again.

Disappointed the restaurant was not available on the night we were there, but found a nice Italian near by so not a massive problem. Also breakfast was un available due to on going works. That was just unlucky we were there on the day before it reopened.

The room was larger than I expected unlike many city hotels. It was spacious. The surrounding area as lush and green as. We spotted some wild life - the view was amazing. The staff were friendly and had our room ready as we arrived. Breakfast was served to the room - which was very helpful. Overall a quite a quite and calm stay

The hotel is alittle dated but it's being done up and is beautiful where they have worked on it.. Rooms are clean and comfortable but small. There is no air-conditioning but I would still highly rate this hotel. Their customer service is excellent and the bar is stunning.

The area, close to motorway , good price for last minunite booking. I only booked it in the morning and price was very good. I good queen size bed aswell & 2 bottle of water in the room which was handy.

In the morning couldn’t sleep in due to the noises of the cleaning services. They started cleaning too early ..

Hotel was really nice, with lovely friendly staff, in a good location. The room was very comfortable with everything you need. A great stay overall.

The only thing was that as there was a function on, the bar facility was not available to relax in after a 6 hour drive, so had to stay in the room all night.

The hotel is very good and neat. I was expecting buffet breakfast instead of having to wait for handpicked breakfast.

The hotel is perfect except for poor Internet connection in our room.
