The Hotel is very well maintained. The location is quite and peaceful and is very close to the highway, so in case if you plan to have a short stay and travel towards Udupi, this place is an awesome option. The staff was awesome and took care of all the needs. The checkin/checkout process was smooth. The room was well maintained. I liked the digital door bell at the door, it was feature enabled. the room temperature control was also easy to use. The view from the room was good. The in-room food service was quick and we were able to customise on the food, specifically the sea food. Overall a very good experience. In breakfast we experienced local cuisine and we loved it. We had Pundi Gasi for the first time and we enjoyed it. The place is very near to the Mangalore junction railway station and if you plan to take the Vista Dome train between Mangalore to Bangalore, this property is the best and i think the only practical option to stay overnight.

Breakfast spread could have a bit more of choices. Gym facility are limited(It does not matter though, if you are out on vacation) A print out of invoice was not provided at checkout (Again, not a blocker but something to be careful about)

Everything is clean, new, and the service was impeccable. The design is very solid and modern. Extremely luxurious for the price asked. The room service is fast and offers some delicious meals (allow me to recommend the Mangalorian fish curry). The lobby was very helpful whenever asked a question, and went out of their way to help out with whatever query I had. No exaggeration, but I have paid over five times as much in Europe for worse rooms.

The wifi requires a username and password. The pool is recreational rather than built for swimming. The gym does not have anaerobic options. It was raining a lot when I was there? I'm really reaching here, as for this price I don't expect either a pool or a gym, let alone for the staff to control the weather.

The complete hotel is perfectly located and nice quite surroundings

a bit of stale smell of mould probably due to the humidity and rain in the living room as we entered. However the bedroom.was perfect. Water pressure in the wash basin very less from the taps. Attention needs to be given to that.

Excellent place very well maintained, spacious, very neat & clean, good location, ample space for parking. All the staffs are very well-behaved, prompt service. Good breakfast, but non-veg is not served as a part of the breakfast, not even eggs! Quite upsetting for non-veg people definitely, but non-veg is otherwise available during Lunch/ Dinner OR anytime through room service and preparation is also good.

Away from the city. Quiet and well maintained.

Except for one unhelpful reception staff (lady), the rest were very customer centric. Special mention for Sandeep Sharma who was very helpful. Restaurant staff were all very courteous and helpful.

It had everything - fitness centre, pool, kids play area, good bar, restaurant, big and comfortable rooms. Everything was great. They arranged a car for me when i required one. Breakfast was also delicious. Great service, courteous staff. Everything I asked for was provided instantly

It’s a beautiful property. View from my room was amazing, facing swimming pool and Backside full of coconut trees. Reception looks luxurious. Staffs are very courteous and welcoming.

It is in the outskirts of the Manglore city but probably that’s why they can build in a widespread area

Being a residential location, felt like home

Toiletries and hand towels had to be requested. House keeping can be improved.

Very spacious and neat property. Lot of parking. Ideal to conduct events, marriages etc so that staying, function and food everything can be taken care in the same place.

Food was not up to the expectation.

Attentive staff at the restaurant... Chef was kind enough to spend some time understanding our dietary restrictions and recommend... Courteous front desk quick in responding to the room requirement
