The staff was very friendly. Check in and check out were easy. The breakfasts were exceptional. Even though we weren't in the main house, we were more than good. We enjoyed the walkover to breakfast every morning. We also enjoyed the privacy of the cottage. The romance package was such a nice addition to our 45th wedding anniversary celebration.

Not having a mirowave.. The water pressure for the bathroom sink was practically nothing. There was no place for hair products, toiletries, make up, etc in the bathroom.

The hosts are wonderful and Jessi is an amazing cook, so breakfast (beginning always with dessert) was fabulous. The location is great for getting to Caddo Lake and even Shreveport, and the town has two very nice places to eat in walking distance of the B&B.

The only downside was our specific room location, which was in the main building next to the dining area. This is a very minor point. There are midnight trains, and lots more, so you do hear train whistles, but that will be true everywhere in Jefferson and nearby.

Breakfast was wonderful! Room was quaint. Area very pleasant, very close to everything we wanted to do in Jefferson. Fire pit was really lovely.. Very enjoyable!

I know a comfortable bed is a very individual thing. But I was not happy with the bed. I think a room for 2 people should have 2 chairs; maybe put the luggage stand at the foot of the bed and another chair by the lamp table. This is the Bessie Diamond Room.

It was a convenient location for visiting family. The breakfasts were exceptional. The smores fixings by the firepit and wine in the shared refrigerator were nice extras. It was a cute place, and the staff was very friendly.

It was a bit rustic and could use some TLC. A few things need to be replaced or refreshed. There was a shared refrigerator outside, but it would have been nice to have one in the room.

Owners are really friendly and nice and the breakfast was amazing!!! Our room was not in the main house though, but around 1min car ride away. We had a small cute bedroom in a house. The only thing was that the bed was a little squeaky and the windows could use some cleaning from outside. Otherwise everything was great and we enjoyed it a lot!

The Owners and Staff are awesome. Jessi is a top shelf Chef and the food served at breakfast alone is worth the trip/stay! The staff were attentive and always available to answer questions.

Rooms could use a little updating, but they are clean and nice. Now, not an issue for me but .. if someone isn't a pet friendly type of person, you might have chosen the wrong place.

The breakfast was amazing and the service was outstanding!! It was gourmet quality! I have never tasted better!! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, just like family! Our room was very clean and had everything we needed and then some! We really enjoyed the fire pit and making s'mores!

I would have preferred having two twin or double beds for comfort. I did not sleep well at all. The bathroom was really tight getting in and out. The door to the bathroom was very hard to open and close. You had to slam it loudly to close the door.

Owners were excellent and the property was so much fun! Inviting and relaxing, is definitely what they’re going for. Bring your pet and expect them to be welcomed wholeheartedly. And get ready for an amazing breakfast!! Loved the fire pit, huge porch with swing and complimentary water and wine. Will definitely be staying again!

This property is a charming and very comfortable. Breakfasts were amazing. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Our room was delightful. The s’mores ingredients by the fire pit were a lovely surprise.

Be prepared to pay more than the rate on booking.com. Though the price I received in my confirmation email from booking.com included taxes and fees, the property added taxes and fees above that amount.

Accommodations were great and the breakfast was amazing!

Houses are at different locations. Was not a big deal really, but we stayed at one location, while breakfast and other accommodations were at another.
