A little secluded but nice, private and there’s a delicated butler to offer assistance. Quaint, quiet place to chill, and relaxed. Food was good too, the fresh seafood were offered.

Swimming pool was a little murky. The beach are coral reef, not possible to swim.

Excellent boutique hotel in a wonderful location. The tranquility provides for a very relaxing stay. I stayed for 2 nights in June 2023 in a room with a sea view. The beach was only a few yards away through a well kept grassy lawn planted with coconut trees. The room was air conditioned, spacious and very well and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. The room had a fridge, safe and tea / coffee making facilities. Ample water bottles were provided. I had the Sri Lankan breakfasts, which were tasty and substantial in quantity. The one dinner I had was also tasty. The hotel also has a pool. All the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

The villa is located close to lovely restaurants like Shanti Shanti , Wijeya beach (where you can swim with the turtles). The beach front is small but private and peaceful. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the sri lankan food , it was delicious. The rooms were absolutely spacious and comfy with two double beds , separate seating area and a good sized bathroom. There is a steam room on the property, which I only discovered on my last day , so I didn't get a chance to use it. Can't find any fault about this villa. A very nice stay overall.

Beautiful location set on unspoilt Thalpe beach. Staff were attentive and professional. The gardens and pool are well maintained.

The bathroom has a shower over the toilet, this was quite dangerous with wet feet every time the kids went to the toilet. For the price, the bathroom is a bit of a letdown.

Location, seaview, breakfast on our terrace. Rooms large and nice. No issues with wifi, easy to work with laptop. Dinner delicious, serving very romantic on the terrace. Staff very helpful.

Beach unsuitable for swimming, though absolutely beautiful. A/C in the room bit worn out.

We absolutely loved it here, this is such a beautiful place to completely unwind. If we are lucky enough to come again we will definitely return to Apa Villas

We had a great time at Apa villa. Small place with only 7 rooms. Excellent food. Very hospitable staff. Walking distance to a couple of nice eateries for a change. Rooms are very spacious

It’s very near the road - a bit noisy in the morning

Great location close to Galle and Unawatuna town where there is lots to do and see. Lots of nice restaurants. Villa food, especially the breakfast, also great mind you! Room was massive, facilities great. Lovely to be able to sit with the sea a stones throw away. Staff very pleasant.

Staff were excellent. Setting is beautiful. Very conveniently located for Galle or short tuk tuk trips for beach dinners out in Unawatuna. Quiet resort, very idyllic.

Ants! Road was very noisy as we were at the front of the property. Rooms are value for money but not as luxury as some neighbouring resorts.
