Excelleng location! Just in the historical old town. Beautiful surroundings. The staff Peter is extremely friendly even when I reach there in the midnight. When I check out he even cooked a coffee for me! The bed is so comfortable.

The room is very small. The table is quite difficult to use for work. There is a bar nearby and it was very noisy because many young people make party in the night.

Staff were exceptionally nice! Location was very central and historic feeling. Parking was easy and nearby and free from 8pm to 9am. Easy for the ferry. A short walk to lots of nice places to eat and drink. Comfy bed.

There was some noise of partying outside until about midnight but it is a central location so nothing the hotel can do about that! The room was small but clean and comfy. Some fresh baguettes or a toaster for the sliced bread at breakfast would be nice.

The location was great, right in the old walled city. The welcome we had on the Sunday early evening was great, really cheerful, funny guy and great service. Rooms are modern and comfy. really clean too. The breakfast was brilliant. We will 100% be back!

Parking was a bit of a faff as its all on street and in a very old walled city so to be expected. There was really nothing to fault, just to write something! Definitely and A* place, especially considering the price.

Location was very central, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were comfy and clean perfect for a 1 night stay. Breakfast selection was good and tasty. Town was beautifully lite with Christmas lights, good atmosphere, lovely restaurants close by.

Finding parking is challenging but not the hotels fault,as it was busy in the area with beautiful Christmas market.

I liked the helpful friendly staff. The flexibility of providing the early morning ferry catchers with two small warm croissants & an espresso as our early departure was too early for your breakfast.

Location was ideal in the historic centre. Loads of great cafes and restaurants and so much history. Historic building and architecture of the hotel were excellent. The IBIS styles interior design is cool and modern and functional. The guy on reception was superb. Funny, professional and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean.

The walls are paper thin. Fortunately I was only disturbed by neighbour talking on the phone loudly on one evening. Tight squeeze in the bathroom - could only sit on the toilet mostly sideways!

I stayed for a night visiting from Jersey. It was very close to the harbor and very easy to find. Staff were extremely helpful with directions and tips on things to do.

The only downside is that there was no kettle facilities in the room

Fantastic location. Easy public parking very near. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast for a modestly priced hotel.

The room was extremely compact but as we were only staying for 1 night this didn't matter much.

It was walking distance from the ferry. So great location. The hotel is lovely with clean and fresh rooms. Looks very modern and a good use of a historical space.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was great!
