Very nice 2 bedroom apartment with bathrooms for both bedrooms. Well provisioned with crockery and utensils for cooking. Comfortable seating including on the balcony. Excellent views. Location at the top of the hill separating Noosa Heads and Noosaville with a Bus stop outside and 10c fares to either Hastings St or Noosaville. Very convenient for everything.

Apartment showing its age but most importantly everything worked. Would have been nice to have the option of a double bed in the second bedroom. There were two single beds of different heights so they couldn't even be pushed together, but minor in overall satisfaction.

- It was a good location to drive to the shops & beach, only about 5-10 mins. - We loved the beautiful leafy backyard & sat out there often. - The apartment was decorated lovely, modern & fresh and clean. - The couch was comfortable. - Handy to have washing machine, & clothes airer (plus dryer, we didn't use).

- The TV in the lounge wouldn't turn on. Checked power was on at the back. - The bedroom smoke alarms went off twice on the same morning. No fault of the resort. Reception said they are hard wired & recently checked and will have them checked again. - No exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Even with windows open, it was still too hot, wet & humidity.

The location is fantastic, walking distance to Hastings Street and the beach. Free bus at the door during our stay, 2 min to the beach and 2 min back to the apartment, no need to drive a car in the busy traffic. The pool was at a perfect temperature, the area has been renovated. The spacious 2 bedroom apartment was well styled, great views from the expansive balcony. Undercover secure parking. They supply bath towels and also pool towels.

The common areas were dirty. The balconies need to be cleaned also, they were dirty. The apartment inside was clean. The aircon needs to be on day and night as there is only one in the main living area and not in the bedrooms. The vacuum cleaner was broken, they did come and fixed it straight away once we notify them. It is not pram friendly and definitely not wheelchair friendly as there are steps to get to the pool and to the apartments, but we managed.

Location was fantastic, walking distance to the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. It's a steep walk back up the hill for anyone who struggles with walking but a great stretch out if you like walking. The pool and spa were a wonderful addition and we needed more time to get to use the tennis courts. We could happily have stayed here for a couple of weeks. Reception and maintenance team hugely friendly and helpful. Little starter sachets of coffee, tea, washing up liquid were a welcome addition as was the w/m and dryer. Plenty storage for clothes and suitcases.

Some detail on the cleaning could have been better (micowave for example). The kitchen could do with more glasses and cooking equipment etc, these were a bit sparse.

Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome by Stacey and throughout our stay Kerrie and Andrew were extremely friendly and helpful when required. The room was lovely (2br standard), very spacious and very well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was a good temperature and big enough, so that you didn't feel cramped with other guests. The tennis court is a bonus. The location is perfect - 7min walk to Main Beach and 5 min walk to Noosa Junction to grab groceries. If you prefer to avoid walking back up the hill from Main Beach (it's not that bad), there is a bus which stops opposite the Resort. There is also a bus stop right in front of the Resort which goes to the main strip - Hastings.

The pool could possibly do with more sun lounges, as on the busy days some guests did not get a seat.

Fantastic location, perfectly in the middle of everything making it very easy to get to the various Noosa locations. Nice secure carpark underneath the property which connects to all apartments makes for very convenient entry and exits. Delightful staff made us feel very welcome and looked after.

We only discovered this at the end of our trip as we hadn’t used them prior but unfortunately the oven and microwave weren’t functioning which was a shame. There was construction happening on site so that may have impacted.

Had a wonderful time, wish I could’ve stayed longer. Location is perfect, 10 min walk to the main beach and 10 min walk to the bus station, grocery store is a 5 min walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Strong WiFi signal in both rooms and a pool area (not always the case with other hotels!). Pool was great too and a hot tub as well. Apartment was nothing short but wonderful - a very homey feeling, lots of lovingly made details, vases, decorations, books, quality furniture, lights, even the smell was great - loved the smell of the air fresheners in each room! Felt like I stayed in someone’s home and not the hotel! Everything that you may need is there, even the first aid kit! I also had a big terrace just for myself where I could eat outside and chill on my private cabana. Strong aircon, in both main room and bedroom - I switched one of them off as it was too much for me. Also no deposit which I liked. Very quiet. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.

Just a couple of things I’d mention for more comfort - I’d appreciate if all the windows / doors would have had full blackout blinds, not just the bedroom window. Also I was a bit slow to figure out how the door lock works.

Location of the place is really good - short walk to a shopping center for groceries and nearby are a few nice restaurants and coffees. The center of town and the beach are also not far - probably 20-30 min walk if you don't want to take a car. The pool was a saltwater pool which I prefer to chlorine and water was clear and pleasant to swim. I had 3 room apartment that had massive terrace looking at nice garden. I loved staying there in the morning listening to the birds. The apartment was clean, spacious and with good furniture. The kids did not complain about WiFi range or speed so I guess this means it is good :-) Parking is secure (code to enter) underground and also the complex gates close/lock at 10pm for security, but you have code to enter if you are out and about after that time.

If you are staying up to 7 nights, the staff will not replace towels and bed sheets. Towels were a bit more of a hassle to us as we had to wash and dry them ourselves, but so long you are aware of this and are happy to do it - you will enjoy the stay.

What a fantastic place to stay! The staff are helpful and friendly! If you are driving a car, there is great undercover parking and secure. The apartment we stayed in was recently renovated, I believe and it was comfortable, clean and spacious it had all necessary facilities.

Everything was great, the only minor suggestion would be around the sauna entrance. Perhaps more lighting, if some exhausted parents is looking a small relation time after the kids go to bed.

The location was brilliant. We absolutely loved the view. The spa was a bonus because we didnt realise we'd booked the penthouse. It was very easy and comfortable with our 3 daughters. The 3 separate balconies meant we could all enjoy outdoors. The pool was very nice. It was peaceful and beautiful.

The kitchen didnt have enough of the esssentials ie salt and pepper, plastic bowls and enough glasses. Also there was alot of mould especially in the main bedroom along the ceiling, windows and curtains. The bathroom needed ventilation.
