I got a single room with an own bathroom. The owner/reception was very nice.. The bed was comfortable and there is a little desk in the room.

The room was cold because there is no sun heating the building up (in between a lot of buildings) and no heating. The two nights I spent there it had degree Celsius around zero so it was not comfortable to sit in the room. For sleeping all good. Breakfast was very basic.

Staff were super helpful. Elderly couple runs the place and were kind. Allowed me to postpone a tour booked with them as I was ill and the lady made tea for me when she found out I wasn't feeling well. Tour prices were reasonable. Provided me hot drinking water whenever I ask. Hot water shower mostly in the day (at night there didn't seem to be hot water). Room had a table and chair for doing work + TV with many satellite channels!

Room was cold but sufficient blankets provided.

I like the location of the hostel, just close to the mercado and city centre. The room was spacious. That was a cheap hotel, so I didn't expect much, that was just OK, nothing more.

Very close to Puno Railway Station and Main Square. Host was pleasant. Made breakfast early so I could catch the train in time.

Best value for money. I had a private room and bathroom. Its very close to the centre and a street away from the market. The couple that runs the hostel are very kind and also can book tours for a good rate. Breakfast is basic but not a problem at the price. You can use the small kitchen (note that there is no fridge). Overall recommend!

Bit of a smell on arrival but other than that all good for the room. For booking they charge you 4 Soles more as that is the commission booking.com take from them.

big atmospheric hotel which looks like a tourists hub with a lot of rooms. hypermarket nearby. it was possible to park a motorcycle inside. clean. can recommend

I got a twin room with a private bathroom with breakfast included (a simple ham or cheese sandwich with tea) for the price of a dormitory bed at most places in Peru. The owners are also very friendly and helpful, they have a tour agency with the hostel that offers the lowest price I could find for tours in Puno. Would recommend!

The hostel seems a little old and have some old stains in the bathroom, but no big deal.

Location is great. Owners couples is very kind and nice. Room is very spacious with hot shower water. Price is very good.

Facility a bit old. In late night the water may not hot.

The owners of this hostel are great people, during my stay I fell badly ill requiring hospitalisation, they helped arrange the taxi and get me to hospital safely and checked on me on my return to the hostel. Aside from that they let me and friend check in 5 hours early no charge, easy to access the town centre and good value for money
