We like the room and location being in the center.

Breakfast: 6:30-8:30 am was really a short time for guests to enjoy breakfast. And not only the selection, but quantity was also limited. It was one of the worst breakfast experience on my one month trip in south America! Really 😞 disappointing.

We encountered a delay and arrived in Puno a day later than planned (in the morning instead of the previous evening). The hotel staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating—they allowed us to have breakfast and even applied a discount to our room rate (the delay was due to protests in the country that caused the cancellation of our scheduled bus). The breakfast was excellent, the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was ideal for exploring Puno and the Lake Titicaca region. An excellent choice overall!

The only slight drawback was a foul odor in the bathroom, likely from the drains. It wasn’t a major issue, but it might be worth looking into.

Check-in/Check-out were flexible. Size of the room; quite large Hot water available in shower and heating available in room (not a given in Peru) Location is great, 2 minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas

Water in the shower was a slightly coloured (yellow-ish when taking a bath). Probably some rust in the lines.

The location was great, a block away from the main square. The breakfast was fresh with a wide variety of options.

We asked for a late check-out (one hour later) and were told it was no issue. Then the front desk called and told us we would be charged half the room rate so we quickly checked out. Better communication from the front desk staff would have been appreciated.

We stayed at this lovely hotel twice during our trip to Puno. The room was very spacious, with a small living room and a large bedroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, and breakfast was good. The location is very convenient being close to the main square where the restaurants and shops are. They helped us book a transfer to the nearby airport and were always very friendly. Thank you all for your help and smiles.

The hotel is situated in a great location near the city centre, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Breakfast was nice, with a variety of both sweet and savoury options and we really appreciated the availability of the breakfast before 6 am., since we had to leave a little bit earlier.

The place (together with staff) seems a bit formal and reserved, which could seem like you are not very welcomed. But apart from that, it was a nice stay.

The property is located just down the street from the main plaza in Puno and within walking distance of pretty much everything. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the buffet breakfast was good. The hotel was able to organize a taxi to the Juliaca airport for 120 soles.

The internet was spotty and not very fast. I’m guessing that may be a problem in most of Puno, though.

The room had a lake view was very clean with heaters making it very comfortable. We returned for another night and stayed in the large room in the courtyard which was very comfortable and especially enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. The restaurant is very good and the staff are wonderful. Many thanks to Carlos for his suggestions on travel and warm welcome to the Hotel. Also we were able to store our luggage overnight to enjoy a trip to Isla del Sol.

The location is great and the price point for the hotel was phenomenal. I was 100% stay here again. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, staff at the reception was amazing, and the location of the hotel is right off the main strip. We were close to a number of great restaurants, which the receptionist was happy to point us to. There is tea and coffee available in the lobby free of charge and around the clock.

The beds were a little hard for my personal preference. I didn't have the best night sleep on the bed, but for someone who is a back or side sleeper, I'm sure it would be fine. Overall, I still absolutely recommend the property.

The location was good as it's walking distance to the main square. They provided hot water with tea at the lobby. The staff was helpful for printing my visa for the border crossing.

The hotel didn't feel like 4 stars to us, quite dated. If you make the payment with a credit card, they charge 4% extra.
