The room we had was recently renovated and was exceptionally clean! The staff was excellent! All were always, very courteous and kind and friendly! the grounds are well maintained and lovely. Very nice walking paths and koi ponds, and the children's town/play area is really cute! We did not use the pool or they fitness center, but both looked very clean and exceptionally well equipped for those who desire it. A lot of time and effort has gone into this facility. and the breakfast they provide is a cut above from what you would expect! But I think the thing I liked the best was the location. The Berlin Resort is perfectly located between Berlin and Millersburg. Giving you easy access to both towns and attractions!

The only drawback I could see was that the resort does not have a restaurant/bar on the premises. If they added a decent restaurant tavern or pub, I might not have left the resort.All weekend.

I loved how there was a children's area, we checked out everything this resort had to offer. There were 5 of us. We had great space in the room and a lovely view. It added to the experience of our family vacation in Amish Country.

The ice machine was done. The signature suite is detached from the main building so we had to walk in the cold to get to the amenities. One if the staff receptionists that we had most of the time seemed annoyed when we needed something, especially on the day we had to leave.

This place was exceptional. The location was perfect, the building and grounds were beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were so many things to do that we opted to spend more time at the resort than originally planned. The pool was nice, we didn't get to utilize the movie theater because we had a toddler. This is a wonderful family friendly place. It also seems like it would be a relaxing place for couples. The continental breakfast was the best I ever had anywhere. It was pretty central to all of the sights and was great for that. Very much recommend this place to anyone.

The only thing that could have been better is the children's area. I loved the little houses and it was a nice playground but it was all out in the open and the sun beat down on it in the hottest part of the day, making it really hot to play in the houses and the slides were scorching hot. Also, I am not aware if all of the rooms have just showers and no bathtubs, but it made things a little challenging with a toddler to bathe him. Very small inconveniences and all in all loved this place.

The room was wonderful, very clean and comfortable. The resort ground was beautiful. The walking path was amazing. The best part of the resort was the attention to detail. Every amenity they offered had a special feel. If visiting, make sure you take advantage of the outdoor area both day and night. Take a peaceful stroll in the middle of the night. The breakfast was very good, hot and fresh with other options such as fresh fruit and yogurts.

When checking in they should offer you a pamphlet out lining the amenities and where they are located. Specifically, where the pool and movie theater are located.

Very spacious room with 2 large beds. Fresh decor. Ensuite bathroom had an additional sink just outside it. Lots of mirrors, electrical sockets and usb sockets. Plenty of lighting - overhead as well as table lamps. Hairdryer, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, desk, and lots of storage, plus iron & ironing table. Breakfast was a typical American hotel breakfast. The hotel has extensive, beautifully kept grounds and is in a quiet location.

I had hoped for a more extensive choice at breakfast, given the price of the hotel.

The property is so centrally located to all of the best attractions in Amish Country; Berlin almost feels like the Capitol of Amish Country and being so central to everything is a huge bonus especially with small kids. Not to mention the grounds are amazing for a family, rather you want to set and relax and feed the fish, watch a movie, the beautiful new walking trails with scenic places to set, the small village and playgrounds for the kids, gold, unwind and watch an evening movie or take a swim, plus the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I really didn’t like that the rooms this trip did not have the body wash, lotion, and shampoo slots in the showers filled they were back to sample sized bottles and I stupidly didn’t pack those things because anytime in the last year or better we’ve stayed there they’ve had those bottles and it’s a HUGE bonus when you’re traveling with multiple people for multiple days and I feel like they were integral parts of the value of the rooms.

The walk in shower was really nice and the 2 bedroom queen room was nice and quiet. Pool was nice, a little chilly and hard to find. Hot tub was nice also. Breakfast was very good. Overall enjoyed our sisters get away

the "other queen bedroom" was a Murphy bed in the living room/kitchenette area... was a little disappointed with that. A table would have been nice in the room or lobby. we played card games in the evening and used the ottoman as our table.

There’s so much to love about staying here. The grounds are fantastic. You could stay at the hotel all day and not get bored. From the fish pond, walking trails, play ground and little village, golf, swimming, movie theaters, and the spacious comfy rooms. Plus the hotel is central to all the best attractions without being to close to the hustles and bustle.

If there was one complaint it’s the fact that not all rooms have a microwave and traveling with toddlers it’s hard not to have a microwave readily accessible.

Breakfast was just like any other motel. Nothing extra special. They did have a pancake maker instead of a waffle maker. I would rather have the waffles. The grounds were beautiful and a nice way to spend an evening I would definitely stay here again! The coffee/hot chocolate machine in the Lobby was a definite plus. Loved it. Loved the play area for the kids.

Staff ere friendly enough but didn’t offer information like where breakfast would be or where the pool was located. Just told us where to park and where our rooms were.

loved the grounds, Beautiful walk over bridges and around the river kids could bring a bike. Nice playground, koi pond and you can feed them .25c yummy breakfast and fun movie room/pool/sauna room/steam room/cold plunge!! Awesome coffee machine in the lobby! We paid for the deluxe room that had a balcony and view which we really enjoyed having.

the little kid town buildings need some love/care It would be nice if the balconies had a screen door we love having the door open on Summer Vacations.
