Or stay on St Malo was a bit spur of the moment, and was wonderful. The hotel made it even more enjoyable. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was divine -- the best continental breakfast we've had on this trip. divine breakfast. The room and hotel were Immaculate. Kids loved the bunk beds of the family room.

The family room was great -- but be aware that it is on the ground floor near the entrance. Sometimes other guests could be heard leaving or entering. Minor inconvenience for such a great location.

This is a fantastic little hotel where they got everything right. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - the young lady at reception who checked me in, the server at breakfast, and the gentleman who checked me out. My room was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet the whole time. And the room had a kettle!! The shower was good too. The breakfast room was very attractively laid out and there was a great choice of food and drink. There was safe storage for my bicycle also, in the garage below. The hotel is in a quiet side street and is very close to the ferry port. It was perfect for an overnight stay.

It is a cozy marine-themed hotel. I had a very well-equipped room with a comfy bed (though a tad too soft for my liking, but I slept great). The staff is very considerate. Breakfast is very nice, I particularly enjoyed the pick of cheese and fresh pastries.

There is a bar just at the corner of the street, so on Friday night, it was a bit too noisy to sleep with an open window (and I am a forced-early-sleeper on the working travels). But the windows are sufficiently sound-proof, so, with the closed one, the noise was not a problem.

Had the Contiental breakfast which was fine. Left our motorcycles in the underground car park which is securely locked overnight. Location is in old part of city around the corner from shops, restaurants & bars and harbour. Staff were really helpful and spoke English very well. Free wifi and code supplied to open front door after hours. Comfy bed and nice shower plus block out blinds to make room very dark while sleeping. I would definitely stay their again.

We liked everything about the property. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, arranging taxis, late check in and excellent recommendations for what to do on our stay in St Malo as well as great places to eat. The location of the hotel is excellent and within walking distance of all the highlights of St Malo’s Old Town.

The 2 best things about this hotel are the staff (amazing) and the location - inside the walled city. Overall, it's a charming place and makes for a lovely stay.

The weather was warm so with windows open, we could hear noisy patrons at a nearby bar. Obviously, the hotel has no control over this but requesting a room towards the back of the hotel might be preferable in the summer.

We only stated for a night, travelled with our 7 month baby, but we felt at home. We didn’t have to make any special requests for the baby, but they have considered in advance how they might make our stay more comfortable. The staff is super nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good. Our room was very clean. It’s on a quiet street, even though it’s within intra muros. We would 100% stay here again next time.

Perfect location on a quiet side street with an easy walk to/from the ferry terminal, there’s a great bar & patisserie at one end of the street and a great beach at the other end! Room was immaculate with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Marie Dominique was also very helpful before we arrived in arranging our late check in would definitely recommended staying at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel very central to all attractions,restaurants and shopping in the old town. We had a very short stay ,leaving 5 am next morning to get the boat to Guernsey. Wish we could have stayed longer. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Staff friendly and helpful. Good security. Code to enter. Felt very safe. Not the easiest place to get a car park if you are travelling by car. Highly recommend.

Room was very small for a double. We’re not big or tall ourselves but it was a bit of a squash.
