The Alancia Suites had very good kitchen facilities with everything required to make breakfast or lunch. The suites are close to a variety of excellent restaurants which we thought was great! The room was thoughtfully planned with quality fittings and fixtures. It is beautifully decorated with white vaulted ceiling which add to the feeling of space and light. The veranda was a great place to sit and enjoy the amazing view of the sea. Lots of great additional touches by the hosts including providing complementary toiletries, towels for sunbeds, coffee and tea. Great hosts - Maria organised taxi pick up.

I have stayed at some great accommodation over the years and in many different countries, this makes me sometimes over critical but I have to say that I could not , nor would I want to find any fault with Alancia Suites. Every aspect of the accommodation has been designed with both comfort and practicality in mind which is a hard balance to get just right . The second you step through the front gate you feel instantly relaxed . Staff are friendly but professional, the rooms are pretty much perfect and guarantee you a great nights sleep . I still don’t understand how they are always cool without the need for aircon blaring out despite it being 40 degrees outside 😂. The location and setting are also perfect , lovely views overlooking the harbour and a stones throw from half a dozen very good restaurants and a couple of decent bars as well . The pool is so private and relaxing yet sociable with the other handful of guests if you choose to be so . Direct parking outside is another added bonus and the bottle of chilled white wine on arrival tops it off . If you get chance to book this place then do not hesitate.

From.start to finish 10/10. Perfect location in sami with beautiful marina views. We were on 1st floor what a gorgeous huge apartment open plan with vaulted ceiling two bathroom sinks separate toilet with walk in shower. Huge bed with sofa bed. Large wardrobe fantastic lighting with AC and ceiling fan. Lovely cool contemporary decor very high lux standard and balcony. Pool towels provided along with bar and liquid soap and shower gels and shampoo individual with lovely olive oil aroma. Hairdryer. Well equipped kitchen with complimentary wine water tea bags coffee salt pepper sugar and coffee pods to nespresso machine. Washing up liquid also provided. Soft towels and slippers provided and daily cleaning of the room. Nothing was too much trouble iron provided on asking and can request beach towels at reception also and provided in a bag for travel. Swimming pool magnificent had it to ourselves most days sun loungers and parasols provided even towel clips. Shower available too. The hosts Theo & Alinta are lovely warm friendly and so kind and are available 9am - 3pm then in evening but can be contacted anytime. Wonderful can't say enough about them treat you like family xx Maria also quick to reply via email questions etc.

We can't speak highly enough about our stay at Alancia Suites. The property is very well maintained and the room was perfect, especially for an extended stay. Our room had beautiful interior design, excellent amenities and spotless daily housekeeping. The owners are wonderful people as well. They are friendly, very attentive to guests' needs and take great pride in their property. Our stay at Alancia Suites helped make for the perfect Kefalonia vacation!

There was nothing about our stay that we did not like.

Everything was fabulous. We fell in love with Sami and Alancia Suites. It was perfectly situated at the edge of the town but close to all the great restaurants and bars. We had a ground floor apartment which was perfect - instant access to the lovely pool and lots of room for sun beds, table and chairs, lounge chairs etc. The owners have thought of everything - pegs for the sunned towels, hangers for wet swimwear, face cloth, pad for hair straighteners, beach towels etc. Great place and we can’t wait to come back.

Alancia Suites is in a great location by the sea in Sami. Alinda and Theo were warm and welcoming, incredibly helpful and genuine. They booked trips for us, had towels for the pool and beach, even gave us wine and water on our arrival. The appartment is one large room with a very comfy Queen size bed and lovely sofa to relax on. The shower was good and the view from our balcony lovely. All 8 suites look out over the pool and sea. We were on the first floor which I preferred to the ground for privacy and views, though some might like the ground floor as you walked out of the appartment to the pool side. Sami has a huge selection of excellent restaurants, the one next door became our favourite! Friendly staff, delicious food at good prices. The small beach is about 2 mins walk away, never very busy, crystal clear, warm waters. As with all beaches in Kefalonia there were pebbles to navigate into the sea but sandy a few feet out. A wonderful place from which to relax and explore the island.

I honestly can't think of anything! The only detail which we hadn't expected was a storm on our penultimate night which meant our boat trip to Ithica was cancelled the next day..... but obviously no-one can do anything about that!! We were sorry not to have that experience but headed off to the amazing Myrtos beach for a second time and had a great day out.

The property was amazing in every way. So modern, beautiful outlook, fantastic pool area, across the road from a lovely beach, and so close to all the beautiful restaurants. We stayed for 6 nights. The moment we walked into our apartment were overjoyed to see where we had booked. This feeling stayed with us throughout the entire stay. The hosts Alinta and Theo were absolutely beautiful and so very welcoming. We were so sad to leave and will definitely return.

The location was superb, walking distance to Karavomilos about 20 mins and 30 mins from Melissani Lake, we also walked along the back roads to the Drogarati Caves about 55 minutes all on flat. Everything you could think of was provided - coffee, filters, nespresso machine had 4 capsules replenished daily, tea bags, salt, pepper. Towels and bedding were changed every 2 days. Reception staff were brilliant and were available for every need - booked taxi from and to the airport for us. The room was very large,comfortable and clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location, design and layout of the suites is absolutely stunning. The owners are lovely people who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect and their team do a fantastic job to keep the place spotless and ensure your comfort. Great location close to the village with a good choice of restaurants. Antisamos beach is stunning - 10 mins in the car or a 1 hour walk.Other good walks locallly and a great base to explore the island by boat or car.

We loved everything about Alancia Suites.

We were self catering but suites had a 5* boutique hotel feel . Beautiful ,Very spacious and stylish. We had upstairs room and views from the balcony overlooking marina were great .The Suite far exceeded our expectations . It had everything you would need . The rooms were cleaned each day . Toiletries etc provided . Clean towels etc . Pool bag and towels also provided . Bottle of wine chilling on arrival was a lovely touch . The location was excellent. “Lots of lovely tavernas and restaurants within 5 mins walk . Sami beach to the left . Pirates boat hire is a must to explore the coves and beaches . Avegerinos Travel used for airport transfer and also Organised trip which was excellent . The owners and staff at Alancia were exceptional very helpful and personal this helped to make our stay perfect . Nothing too much trouble. If staying in Sami this accommodation is perfect .
