I loved how new and clean everything was. The room was big, well designed and comfy. It felt like home away from home. The breakfast was pretty good too. If I ever stay in fresno again I'll definitely stay here.

I paid for a king suite with a sofa bed, but that's not what I got. It was just a king bed with a tiny sofa which did not turn into a bed. The other thing is that when we checked out the girl at the front desk had no smile, or asked me how my stay was. She just had a serious face the entire time. Kind of left bummed that her attitude didn't match the rest of the experience. Hope she's ok.

I didn’t, like that I booked a room with two queen beds and when I got there, they give us a room with a king size bed, I asked what happened and all they said was we can’t do anything because you booked with a third party and they were responsible for the error. I showed them my confirmation number and what I was supposed to get a room with 2 beds. But they say they were booked and that they didn’t have a room available so they only give extra blankets and I myself and my husband had to sleep on the floor. I was very upset and I couldn’t cancel because we were all tired since we travel from Los Angeles to Fresno.

Interestingly, we were the very first to stay in the room they gave us. It was excellent.

1. One of the two coffee machines at breakfast was not working properly. But that was not a big deal as there were few guests. 2. We had a room with two queen beds. The air conditioning blew directly towards the bed closest to the restroom. You could now adjust the vents.

New hotel, ev chargers on parking lot, pool was nice and warm

I was surprised, that in a new hotels the two plugs next to my bed were not working. The reading light at the bed is very bright (more like a make up light in a bathroom). The bathroom had dirty marks on the floor, the light switches are weird and not always working and in the bathroom sink a contractor made a quick and ugly repair.

The water was very slow to warm up. We had to run the sink and shower for awhile before the water got warm enough for a comfortable shower.

Location, parking, room's are brand new, friendly staff and breakfast.

Water temperature was too cold to shower.. had to shower w/ cold water... then it would finally would warm up a bit after 20min.. Could not pair my phone to TV so was not able to watch Netflix.. which is a bummer, new hotel you would think that they would put smart tv's.

Everything about this holiday inn was great! The continental breakfast was hot and fresh and the staff were constantly cleaning up the area. The hotel was very clean. Perfect one night stay before catching a flight the next day

The location next to the airport was great.

It was rather far from restaurants. In the room there was a microwave bit no plates or utensils. Also there was only one chair whereas we were a couple.

It was clean, quiet, seamless check in and out. Plenty of parking.

A bit secluded but I guess that’s what makes it nice because it’s in a quiet location. No jacuzzi.
