Very clean! Breakfast was yummy and the ladies kept everything stocked very well. They were very helpful and friendly!

When checking in the lady at the front desk didn't really know what she was doing. She almost charged me double for my rooms. I caught her before she ran my card. The same lady wasn't very friendly or helpful. We asked for the fire pits on the back patio to be lit and her response was, "you really don't want those lit, it's cold outside," and then proceeded to ask my husband if he could light it. Which he did not. Also the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable! The pool had so much chlorine that it burnt your eyes when you walked in!

Accomodations were very nice and cleanliness was spot on. The outdoor court yard and firepiits were especially nice.

For a very nice hotel their breakfast was far from acceptable. Food choices were not kept filled throughout their serving hours, choices were more limited than other lower end hotels at which we stayed, not even offering waffles. And our second day's breakfast appeared to be cut up leftover omelette and sausage from the day before and this was a full hour before the end of breakfast serving hours! Very unappetizing...a couple who came after us didn't even have any pastry to choose from, they looked at the offerings and walked away.

Everything! Beautiful hotel, quiet, not overly congested with people, the staff was very nice, the manager was telling everyone thank you for staying there, later check out was wonderful. The pool area and outdoor seating area was amazing. The breakfast was great, as well as the hot chocolate and hot beverage station...which came in handy for the outside area. I have never seen such a relaxing hotel atmosphere. This will be my new get a way location! The rooms are so large and the balcony was nice to sit on in the breeze.

The only thing I had issue with was the fire rings outside. They both kept going out and you'd have to ignite them over and over. We gave up and just hung out in our room. I loved the fresh, cool breeze into the room from the balcony door, but without a screen, I didn't leave it open for any long amount of time.

The property is beautiful.

I marked it lower in value only because I saw in more than one place that they said all the rooms have balconies. Booking.com even shows in the section where you choose the room type that the rooms have balconies. There is a whole section of the hotel that doesn’t have balconies and that’s where they put us. Perhaps it was added on, but the hotel looks pretty new. We were disappointed in that. I didn’t think to ask when checking in or maybe they would have given us another room, but once we got our stuff in and realized it, we didn’t want to drag it to another room (assuming they would have moved us). When I booked, I considered the balcony when looking at the price.

We waited at the front desk for quite some time to check in, just waiting for someone to show up. No one was around and there was no way to call anyone to the desk. It wouldn't have been such a big deal but my two children were starving (had dinner with us to eat in the room) and tired after the drive. Once someone finally showed up, check in was fast and easy. There was plenty of staff the next day during the day. Staff was very nice and accommodating, maybe just short handed that afternoon.

This is a beautiful hotel right in Berlin. Room was really nice with a mini fridge and microwave. Nice little balcony. Staff was so nice and helpful when I asked questions about places to dine. Downtown Diner was delicious!

The only reason I rated 9 instead of 10 was because I felt the bed was uncomfortable along with the pillows which were cheap and not great to sleep on. I feel this is an upscale, beautiful hotel and should upgrade the sheets and pillows.

Room was large and very clean. Lot's of rowdy kids in the pool on Friday night so it was hard for my 7 and 10 year old grandkids to enjoy the pool as much. They had it all to themselves on Saturday morning so it was very enjoyable. Breakfast was mediocre at best. They could have done better with the taste of the food.

One of the breakfast employees came up behind me and slammed the cover down on top of the hot food and said it needs to stay closed to keep it hot. My friend was right behind me and she slammed it in front of her. Not professional at all. Maybe she needs some hospitality course refresher.

The pool and hot tub were excellent. the bed was coimfortable. the breakfast was great. the room was updated and modern. we just loved it.

I used booking .com. they took out 100.00 to hold for booking.com and was told it would be returned in a few days.. i did this Sunday. it is Thursday and it is still not processed through my bank and you are holding 100.00 of mine. I was honest and paid up front. you could have released my money back to me within 24 hours of checkout. not sure i will use booking.com again.

Loved the hot tub and outdoor area with fire pit! Breakfast was free wished had pancakes and gravy but hey it was free lol.

We added a night and paid a lot extra which I did NOT agree with and not sure will come back because of that same people staying in room nothing extra and only one staff member went above and beyond to help us during stay but we did not get her name but she was so very nice and helpful we loved her

Perfect location for a quick trip to Ohio Amish country. Extremely clean, super nice staff, loved the saltwater heated pool and hot tub! Breakfast was delicious as well. Loved every part of it. The bedroom was extremely spacious as well, and even had a countertop and stools as though it was a kitchenette. Also loved the medium size refrigerator rather than having a small cube refrigerator that nothing ever fits in!
