This hotel is very near to kichijoji. Very calm and cool place. Being this property nearto sun road you get access to all shopponf option and yodobashi and labi yamada for all types of shopping is very near.

Absolutely fantastic location, comfy beds, and surprisingly quiet - did not hear any of the other guests.

The space is a little tightly laid out. There's also an odd quirk that might rule this place out if you're planning to share a room here with someone: some rooms do not have doors separating the bathroom from bed. Luckily the staff told us this at check-in, and gave us the option to have a room with doors.

Cute Japanese hotel which was a really comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly, especially when I tried speaking my terrible Japanese.

A bit small apartment with weird layout

LOCATION in Kichijoji is convenient if you 1. only need a place to lay your head to sleep and 2. you are headed to the park and for shopping the next day. The front desk staff lady was extremely kind and helpful. She was kept very busy, though.

CLEANLINESS. The sink was dirty and the area around the sink was dirty and gross - (mold around the sink stopper, hairs and dust around the sink). The floor was not clean.... NOISY. This is a given because of how small this place is. You can hear every footstep come and go, new guests check-in, and when your neighbors are taking a shower. WEAK SECURITY. The room door lacks a security lock (it can be opened from the outside with just a key, there is no bar across the door to provide a secondary lock from the inside. The entrance is relatively open and accessible to the outside. I would not recommend this place for solo female travelers. The front desk would have kept my bag for me, but I don't trust this place. CHECK OUT IS TOO EARLY. 10 am is too early to make this a restful place to stay. The 800 yen penalty for every 15 minutes thereafter makes this place feel more like a LOVE MOTEL than a decent place to rest your head at night. PRICE. 4,500-5,500 yen would be more appropriate than 9,000-10,000 yen for a night at this place.
