Lovely quiet property in a residential neighbourhood, a 20 min walk from the town centre or 10 minutes by bike (the hotel has free bikes available for guests) and close to the beach - really recommend cycling into town for dinner via the quiet coastal path (about 4km). Nice buffet breakfast which we ate outside on the garden terrace. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a good size (we were upgraded from a double to a suite) - both the room and the bed were very comfortable. The pool is small but very nice for a refreshing dip after sunbathing or sightseeing. A couple of nice restaurants and a supermarket about 2-3 mins walk, otherwise Rovinj has many excellent restaurants and bars and some delicious gelato!

Would have preferred two separate beds for me and my daughter but that was not a major issue. Lovely stay - very quiet and relaxing.

Very comfortable, modern villa about a 30 minute walk from the stunning old town of Rovinj in a quiet residential area. We were very pleased to be updated to a studio apartment with a very nice balcony terrace. The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated, the bed comfortable and the breakfast varied and tasty. The garden and pool were lovely and well maintained. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly which made it a relaxing and restful stay.

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The charming young woman at the desk went out of her way to recommend places to walk, which sites are a must-see and places to eat. A really positive atmosphere was throughout the villa and the room was spacious and filled with comfortable touches. The staff easily switched languages with their guests and were genuinely enthusiastic about our stay and their city. This review would be incomplete without a special recognition of Masa - the gentle calm and adorable mascot. This pup was a hit and welcomed any and all attention.

I am very picky about the accomodation when we are on holiday, but there was nothing to complain about. The room has everything you need, all the little details are so perfectly planned. My favourites are the hooks/hangers in the bathroom and also in the room for the jackets and the other one is the warderobe, which has shelves, not only hangers. These are just small details adding to my comfort. The owners are always there to help! They can help you with literally everything and they do so with a smile on their face all the time! In the lobby there is free coffee all day long and you can take the bicycles for free whenever you want. The beach is like 5 minutes and the old town is cirka 15-20 minutes by walk, so perfect location. Highly recommended!

Small, intimate hotel in a quiet area. Spacious rooms, very clean and with a comfortable bed. Well equipped. Nice balcony for sitting in the evenings. Kitchen sufficiently equipped. Tasty breakfasts. Pool clean, small but comfortable. Free bikes, good quality and enough. Close to everything - to the city, shop and beach. I recommend

Wonderful welcome from Gabby after a long drive. Beautiful peaceful apartments with stunning gardens and pool. The studio apartment was on the ground floor which as convenient for all facilities. We borrowed a couple of the bikes and enjoyed cycling around the coast. The beach is a 5 min, walk through the adjoining national park which offers shady spots. The walk into town is a little longer at 20 mins. Rovinj has a beautiful old town and has numerous restaurants. Rovinj is a great place to visit and is within easy reach of Pula and Porec. Gabby and her manager were great and made our stay a memorable one.

Julian and his team were kind, hospitable and helpful. They were easy to communicate with and always available to answer any of our questions. They booked taxis and made restaurant reservations for us. A big thankyou to Gaby, her energy and big heart really made our stay enjoyable. Our room was immaculate, cleaned daily and fresh towels were given. The breakfast was substantial, varied and fresh. The location was perfect. We loved having the use of the bikes to get around and the 5 minute walk to Cuvi beach. The beautiful town centre was an easy 20 minute walk. Supermarket, cafe/bar and bakery round the corner too. Would absolutely return.

Nice B&B in a quiet residential area slightly away from central Rovinj. Rooms are nice and clean, but if you are staying more than one night you may want to avoid the rooms on the ground floor as they are not very private. The host is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is quite impressive for a small B&B like this, with both hot and cold choices and good coffee.

This is lovely B&B to stay in. The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful. The room was well equipped - even had cooking facilities and a big fridge. We stayed at several B&Bs in Croatia during our trip, and this was the only room which had air conditioning that could deal with the heat. It's about 20-25min walk to Rovinj Old Town, and about 10 minutes walk to the Forest Park where, frankly, we spent all our days swimming and sunbathing. It's a heavenly place - lovely water and plenty of shade under the pine trees. An expected bonus was that the hotel provided bikes free of charge - which is a really nice touch. I'd definitely come again.

Honestly, no complaints.

Great location in the quieter part of town, only a short walk from the town. The free bikes were great and allowed us to explore loads. The pool was perfect for cooling off and the beach/ sea was very close. Parking was easy on the road and check in was very smooth. Incredibly detailed recommendations from the receptionist who was so helpful. They also had free coffee, which was a nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend
